The UPS Store is located in the strip center that includes Great Clips, a Thai restaurant, Big Red Liquors, and a few other businesses. The strip center has a handful of vacancies currently, though Tropical Smoothie is getting ready to open up. As is true of nearly every business in Broad Ripple, parking is very territorial here. This strip center has a huge parking lot, however, using it to shop in the Broad Ripple area is not advised as it's considered exclusive to strip center businesses. There's ample accessible parking, though on more than one occasion I've experienced that being violated here without consequence. There are curb cuts at various points along the strip, and the entire retail center is accessible. UPS Store has a single glass door entry. I've returned AT&T equipment more than once here. They know the routine precisely, and they get it done quickly. They always advise holding on to their documents, because they note that AT&T has a history of losing records (no surprise there). I've also shipped labs from this location (medical). Again, they know exactly what to do. They get it done quickly. I rented a mailbox here for a while to go with my charity work. I had zero hiccups the entire time. I just finally stopped as it was an expense I didn't need, but it was convenient and well run. They honor their posted hours, and they're open 7-days a week. Overall, I've been happy with my experiences here.

Paid a premium price for 2nd day delivery in October of 2025. The package was delivered five days…read morelater, so I asked the store to refund the difference I would have paid for 5 day delivery. I was promised a full refund based on their guaranteed service refund policy. The franchise owner is never in the store and they did not follow up with me, so I called UPS Corporate and they referred to the UPS Store's corporate office. They opened a claim and nothing happened. I called the store and they remarked,"You haven't gotten a refund yet?" The employee could only leave a note for the owner, and nothing happened. I called the corporate office again in March and they told me BECAUSE I FAILED TO FOLLOW UP, they closed the case. I had them reopen it. They said they would require the store owner to resubmit the claim and if I hadn't heard from anyone by Monday, to call back. This time, when I called as they suggested, the person at the corporate office told me I needed to wait and be patient. I realize the store's corporate office is not the franchisee, but they don't hold anyone responsible at the store level. My 1-lb package sent in October was received in good condition, just late. I am sure they think I will give up, but now 5 months later, I have not.

If you are needing fingerprints done for a background check you have to go through a site called IdentoGo to be able to schedule them and pay online for them if you have a debit or credit card. But if you don't have neither you can do a money order and take it in person to pay at your appointment. The two guys that were working had greeted me and made sure I was taken care of. There was a line when I got there but I was done within 15 minutes at the most. I would definitely come back to this location.

Microcenter had my laptop for over two weeks and gave it back to me with a new screen. Once I got it back less than a day of use my laptop went completely dark. I took it back to Microcenter where the cashier let me know that they'll look at it again under the same ticket from when they had it. He also let me know that they ONLY replaced my screen- they did nothing for liquid. A week goes by- I have no text, email, nothing from micro center. You cannot reach the store at all- you have to go through multiple 800 numbers and be transferred. After finally speaking to someone they let me know I wasn't checked in correctly and they were sorry - less than an hour later I get a text that my motherboard fried due to liquid... The manager texts me telling my they'll transfer my data if able to for free- they then fight and charge me it the next day. I had to walk back inside and send the screenshots in order to get my data xfer for free... I will never be back.

The printers have the capability for many options including stapling, binding, and hole punching. Instructions are posted on each copier and are easy to follow. Swipe a credit card and pay at the copier and you can bypass the registers. You can email documents to printme@officedepot.com and follow the instructions on the screen. Easy and reasonable prices. Every time we were given a completion date, it was pushed back again. Because of the repeated delays, we had to change sizes and adjust our plans multiple times just to keep our business opening on track. The delays directly affected the opening of our business. The entire process took over a month, and in the end, we did not even receive the product we originally wanted. We accepted an alternative only because we were told it was the only solution available. Despite all the delays and inconvenience, we never received an apology, nor were we offered any discount or compensation for the time and money we lost. The problems were not limited to the banners. Some of the other items were made in the wrong sizes, even though my husband personally visited and provided the exact measurements. We had to cut and modify some items ourselves, and one of our frames was damaged in the process, forcing us to purchase a replacement at our own expense. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication. Instead of proactively updating us, we constantly had to follow up and chase answers. Responses were slow, timelines kept changing, and there was very little accountability throughout the entire process. This experience cost us valuable time, money, and unnecessary stress during one of the most important periods of our business launch. If you are looking for a company that communicates well, meets deadlines, and takes responsibility for its mistakes, I would not recommend this business.
