There were two clerks working and one went above and beyond to walk me through step-by-step use of the printer. I was able to complete my printing quickly and stress free, thanks to his assistance. The store is ultra clean and well organized, with work stations, printing stations and supplies. Prices are reasonable. I saw some cool poster options during my visit that got my creativity rocking. Honestly, I could hang there all day. In and out of the strip mall is tight and the pavement is in rough shape. There was plenty of parking in front of the store.

They also told us, "FedEx customer service doesn't know shit, they're all dumb." We came back and their computer wasn't working so we kindly asked if they can use another one. They said, that all the other computers can't even send an email. So, we asked if the issue was with our USB or their computer, they got an attitude and said, "would you like us to throw away the computer." At this point had to let them know about their horrible customer service and our issue was not resolved.

I didn't, and then he left me alone to shop and no one else came up and talked to me. Perfect! I love when I don't have to shoo away multiple store associates. It feels so novel and luxurious to be shopping in person for items that you can easily order online, but I wanted to get them from the store because I needed everything today, and I also wanted to inspect the things in real life. There have been a few mail issues over the years but all I have to do is call them and they immediately work through the problem with me. When I come in they are always super polite and helpful. And for those local the store can do just about anything. Think of it like a UPS store and Kinkos. If you're traveling a lot, the post scan mail membership is very convenient. When you get mail it gets scanned in and sent to you. You can then shred/recycle it, forward it on to somewhere or pick it up when you return. Overall I think they are a little more expensive than going direct to USPS or the other carriers but it is in a convenient location and the service is always good.
