I Had hoped to order my prints and advance online but wasn't done in time to pull it off. Fortunately, I was able to walk in, email over the file and print off the items and be out the door in less than 15 minutes. They also offer a stash of paper cutters, hole punchers, etc. to finish off your project. You can upload the project that needs to be printed or upload a project that needs their edits. Since I was a first-time customer, I was slightly confused on if I should start with a quote or just go ahead and upload my project, so I did both. I uploaded my project and got an email about it needing bleed marks. I'm not a graphic designer, so it took me awhile to figure out how to add them (if you use Canva, there's an "add bleed marks" check that you can mark). Once I sent it with the marks, we were off to the races, however I do think that everyone should be sent a final mock-up before anything is printed whether they upload a project that's ready to print or not. As a non printing pro, I need that reassurance. ;) The overall product turned out perfectly and was done for a reasonable price. I needed a quick turnaround for the project and Laurie went out of her way to go into work early so that I could pick up my printing material in time for an event. That was so kind of her and was really impressive overall. If you are confused by the website, I'd recommend calling or walking in (their door says "walk-ins welcome") and they'll help you get rolling, as they are super kind and hard-working over here! I needed a photo for my expedited passport application following a name change. I made an appointment and arrived to find that the photo would be taken directly to the right of the counter while they continued to assist other customers. Can you say cringe?! I moved to stand against the white wall as the representative produced a tiny digital camera and insert the batteries (smart). He apologized that he'd have to get REALLY close in order to take the photo. It was so awkward. Could he not have stood at a distance and utilized the zoom function? I'm not sure, but the photo was not good. I'm contemplating on whether or not to use it. I don't utilize my passport as often as my driver's license, but I will have it for a while, so there's that. I also had a new DL photo taken today, but with their very sophisticated camera set-up the photo came out much better. I had used Google to look up the cost at UPS versus other places that offer them and they were the second cheapest. As it turns out, the pricing shown was inaccurate (thank you Google AI for that very wrong information). The cost was about double what I expected to pay. When I made the appointment online, no cost was shown or confirmed, but I'm sure that this information can be found on their website. Honestly, it was an afterthought for me. I just needed an up-to-date photo ASAP. The representative was kind and quick, although he kept apologizing for the printer and how long it takes. I was in and out in under 15 minutes.

He was able to take a PDF file of my printing and print it on the cardstock and was able to meet the deadlines I was having to send out wedding invitation. Long story short, these guys were able to respond back to me promptly, print them out on the right cardstock and always got it on time to me for the few times I have used them.
