They told me on the front end it would be 37 dollars to ship a product to New Jersey. At the very end the price came out to 74 dollars. I asked why it doubled and they said the packaging they selected, to which I specified the most basic packaging in the beginning. I paid the price anyway and said thank you. The guy handed me the receipt and didn't say a word. If you like good customer service this is not the place to go.

Weeks ago, I ordered tennis shoes from a company that is apparently based in the Netherlands. When I went to return them, it said I could only do so at a DHL drop-off location. They are surprisingly hard to find. This spot is also closed on the weekends and closes at 5pm which makes it hard to get to when you work full-time. I finally drove over here during a lunch break to drop off my package and they took it quickly and easily. The store itself was quite cluttered, but the woman working helped me out and I'm glad to no longer have that package in my car!

To be honest I thought you could just have a P.O. Box in here, and then mail or have things notarized. They also can do a fingerprint appointment! Who knew? Now you do! Clean and well organized store, also with a lot of Knick nacks, like funky socks, charms and coloring journals. They got me right in and right out I was happy with how prompt it was. You can upload the project that needs to be printed or upload a project that needs their edits. Since I was a first-time customer, I was slightly confused on if I should start with a quote or just go ahead and upload my project, so I did both. I uploaded my project and got an email about it needing bleed marks. I'm not a graphic designer, so it took me awhile to figure out how to add them (if you use Canva, there's an "add bleed marks" check that you can mark). Once I sent it with the marks, we were off to the races, however I do think that everyone should be sent a final mock-up before anything is printed whether they upload a project that's ready to print or not. As a non printing pro, I need that reassurance. ;) The overall product turned out perfectly and was done for a reasonable price. I needed a quick turnaround for the project and Laurie went out of her way to go into work early so that I could pick up my printing material in time for an event. That was so kind of her and was really impressive overall. If you are confused by the website, I'd recommend calling or walking in (their door says "walk-ins welcome") and they'll help you get rolling, as they are super kind and hard-working over here! I'll definitely try them again in the future.

Every time we were given a completion date, it was pushed back again. Because of the repeated delays, we had to change sizes and adjust our plans multiple times just to keep our business opening on track. The delays directly affected the opening of our business. The entire process took over a month, and in the end, we did not even receive the product we originally wanted. We accepted an alternative only because we were told it was the only solution available. Despite all the delays and inconvenience, we never received an apology, nor were we offered any discount or compensation for the time and money we lost. The problems were not limited to the banners. Some of the other items were made in the wrong sizes, even though my husband personally visited and provided the exact measurements. We had to cut and modify some items ourselves, and one of our frames was damaged in the process, forcing us to purchase a replacement at our own expense. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication. Instead of proactively updating us, we constantly had to follow up and chase answers. Responses were slow, timelines kept changing, and there was very little accountability throughout the entire process. This experience cost us valuable time, money, and unnecessary stress during one of the most important periods of our business launch. If you are looking for a company that communicates well, meets deadlines, and takes responsibility for its mistakes, I would not recommend this business.

I have used the printing and mailing services from the UPS Store in Westfield several times. I won't go anywhere else - they have completely sold me! Their service is incredible!!! Every job Gary Rapp has done for me has been exceptional. He goes above and beyond every time. He finds services and deals and benefits that I didn't know existed. In a world where so many just do good enough and move on, it is impressive to find a business that puts what is best for the customer at the forefront! But if you don't have neither you can do a money order and take it in person to pay at your appointment. The two guys that were working had greeted me and made sure I was taken care of. There was a line when I got there but I was done within 15 minutes at the most. I would definitely come back to this location.

How the heavy metal shelves got that damaged is beyond me and the fact that we need extra protection to make sure they can deliver them without damaging is silly. The expectation in a shipping company is to get it there in one piece. I would not use them again and a little disappointed they refused to cover some of the cost we incurred because they delivered them with damage. We even provided photos of the shelves prior to shipping to show they were in good condition and they did not cover it. I will go elsewhere next time.
