The ambiance is outdated like something from the 90's to be honest with you, but that is how I associate Staples. The value of the products is exceptional though, and I have never bought anything from Staples that was bad or worthless, so I cannot complain. The service is good and the associates are very helpful, so that is another plus for shopping at Staples. I have always found what I needed at Staples for my home office, and will continue to shop here for office supplies if I ever need anything for my home office.
