If I could rate a 0 I would. This was the most ridiculous package drop off ever. 30 minutes to drop off is insane. Never again.

It's a co-working space, for those who have small businesses or work from home. The guy working the front (Ja'ir) was so kind and helpful, he answered all of our questions and told us a little bit about the place. The name P30 reflects where it is, which is 30th and post. He informed us that the facility is for the community, to rebrand the far east side, I love that! Inside you'll find a coffee shop, which wasn't open when I came, but I'd love to come back and try it out. They offer day passes to utilize what they have to offer or you can become a member. The building is fairly new and each room has a name that relates to the east side. The room we worked in was called "The Mitt" which refers to the street "Mitthoefer." They have gender neutral restroom along with designated women/men restroom stalls. The restrooms were clean, but the water to wash my hands was very cold. They have a large parking lot for easy access. I'm thinking of using a day pass to have a study session, try the coffee, and explore more of what this place has to offer.

They have different prices for memberships or to rent out a suite. I find P30 to be very nice especially for the community out on 30th and Post. The worker Ja'ir had explained to me the meaning behind P30 the last time I was there. I had enjoyed my talk with his because you can understand the passion behind P30 especially with them trying to pour into the community out there and to help the community to understand they too can be business people. There is a coffee shop inside there but it wasn't open when I was there. I see the prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a space to work out of definitely check out P30 if you are in the area and need something because they give out day passes.

CoHatch - Shared coffee bar

Broad Ripple

It's no secret that I'm a fan of CoHatch, a 30+ location network of co-working, community spaces…read morethat has been in existence for just under 10 years since its start by six friends in Columbus, Ohio. CoHatch, which has hosted at least a couple Yelp events that I can remember, currently has five locations in Central Indiana (a sixth, Circle Centre, I believe has closed). The locations include Polk Stables, Zionsville, Carmel, Noblesville, and this location in Broad Ripple. This location is housed in a former church (I know it used to be Common Grounds and I'm pretty certain it was at least one church before that). There's still some of the stained glass windows present. Managed by Jenna, whom I met during a Polk Stables Yelp event, this location seems to be quite busy. While I didn't get a chance to go around it as much as I'd have liked as I was here for an actual meeting, I was impressed with the decor, amenities, the people I met, and the efforts to make it accessible. Let's start there. Not every CoHatch location is truly accessible - they tend to locate in unique and often historic buildings. This can create challenges to true accessibility. This location has accessible parking in the back along with a ramp that goes up to one of the doorways. If you're not a member, you'll have to be let in. I wasn't completely thrilled with the end of the ramp - it's got a bit of a lip to it, however, the effort is obvious and it definitely works. The parking is also truly ADA compliant. I didn't notice all the businesses here, however, I did note that the Sagamore Institute maintains offices here. This location has the usual coworking spaces, a large event space, an outdoor area with a patio and kitchen, a sports simulator, and private offices. They have high-speed Wifi, coffee/tea options, meeting rooms (we used one to record an interview), 24/7 access, phone booths, office supplies, mailbox service, printing/copying, workshops for members, a kitchen, and an onsite manager. The neighborhood feels safe and is a pretty easy jaunt over to Broad Ripple's main strip. I like the decor, though found it a bit more plain than some of the locations. I think Polk Stables remains my favorite of the Central Indiana locations. This location is probably the closest to my home and it's definitely someplace I could see myself working. As someone who does a lot of social outreach/charity work, I definitely saw spaces I could bring to life here. I also did notice the restroom offered nice accessibility and there were some personal supplies in the restrooms - nice touch. I'd wanted to stop into this place and was pleased when I found out a meeting was going to be here. I finally got to check it out and was definitely impressed.

I liked that they had maintained the structure and tried to continue the architectural flairs and quiet spaces yet allowing for new design inside. It is used for various offices and you can either rent out an office space (small cubicle) or just work in one of the many co-work spaces. It was tasteful and expansive but also had several little nooks for a quieter space. There were outside spaces and even a Barbeque space that could be rented for parties or business outings. My meeting was a fun way to be exposed to this location and will definitely be returning to try out some of the other spots for meetings or work.

My first and most recent experiences have been out of this stellar location, right in the heart of the Circle City. I mean, what's not to love? Great location, beautiful and modern space, reliable wi-fi, incredibly friendly staff, never ending coffee, awesome local business... I could go on and on. This is definitely my style of coworking, they truly do an amazing job. I love the natural light thanks to the giant windows that wrap around the entire space. It's on the third floor so you get a little bit of a view, which is always nice. Overall, the vibe is just on point. The only cons I can think of revolve around the parking situation. The street parking can be very limited given the location. The prices can get up there depending on what you're looking for but honestly, there's a little something for everyone. If you're looking for co-working space, you'd be a fool to not check this place out.

Alright, alright. You got me Industrious…read more You would think it was the fancy features of great interior decor, local coffee by Tinker, morning and afternoon snacks from local businesses by Bakersfield and The Garden Table that would make this spot such a knock out, but I have to say, it's staff for me. They have offered such a warm welcome from the start and feel like an extension of my own coworkers. Lets be clear, the floor to ceiling windows overlooking Mass Ave and wine in the afternoon doesn't hurt either. A few more reasons to consider Industrious as your next coworking space or a meet up location for a team retreat: -private phone booths -plentiful natural light -high quality snacks and drinks shared throughout the day -programming and educational opportunities -location in the heart of Mass Ave (over-ish Garden Table to give you an idea) -printing resources -small touches like mouthwash in the bathrooms and guest coffee roasters from other Industrious markets throughout the country -your membership will provide you with access to all other Industrious locations which is exceptionally handy for folks like me who travel fairly frequently with work/need spaces like this from time to time

It's a co-working space for driven local businesses, many of them being home services businesses. I love how multi-purpose and helpful the space is. Black Circle Brewing and Elena Ruz Cuban Cuisine are also located in the building, but on the back of the co-working space. CO-WORKING SPACE: The co-working space is nice and recently renovated. They offer 24/7 access, a complimentary mailbox, local coffee, networking events, business improvement seminars, conference rooms, and secure shipping/receiving for members of the space. You can rent anything from a local to a small or large office, to an entire floor. Their different packages are on their website! EVENT SPACE: The great space is also open to non-members to rent as well. We had a cocktail and painting class event here and loved using the multiple spaces. We had the cocktail class and catering set up in the beautiful kitchen, and used the multi-purpose room for the painting class. The owner Brian was super nice and helped us set up a few extra tables. They also have their different event space prices on their website too. The owner is so awesome, so this is definitely a place I love to support! They also do so much good for local businesses and the community, so def. check it out if you're looking for a space!

Platform definitely has its own character! The kitchen is a Dream with a Starbucks machine for all your coffee, tea, and hot chocolate needs, multiple fridges, microwaves, and even a tap with beer and kombucha (though it was out while I was there). The kitchen and dining space is huge and semi-private so those taking a break to eat and hang out won't be disruptive to those working away in the main space or private rooms. The WiFi worked wonderfully the whole time I was there on both occasions. The first time there were up to 50 of us using it at once. The second, close to 20 in our group and a few others using the space. If Platform was a little closer to where I live, I could totally see myself investing in a membership. Hotel Tango was on hand serving up variations of the old fashioned. I tried the orange and the cherry. Both were very good of course. Four Day Ray brewery was here passing out free beers. And wine was also available, but I'm not sure who was providing that. The event brought in a big crowd!
