One quick feedback is they did not answer the phone with their company name so initially I wasn't sure if I had the correct place :) But they were able to stop by the same day to remove a hot water heater and dryer. Being able to do same day was the most important factor for me so this was awesome. I made sure to tell him the items were in the basement which increased the price a bit, but that is to be expected. The only negative feedback was it took a bit longer because he had to call someone to come help get the hot water heater up the stairs (yes I had already drained it).
