Went to do a return for Amazon and was informed the charge to print a label is $4.00, no sign or information on that could be provided. Was told to complain to the higher ups. Can I please give them zero stars? To cut it short and right to the point, I mailed off a check in the amount of $27,000.00 to close a business deal. The item was scheduled (per the receipt ) to arrive in three days. It is now seven days later, and there has not been a simple tracking update. The item never left the store! I informed the owner that my item was missing, never arrived, etc etc. She never apologized, never offered a refund, and even stated that I could come to her store and look for it myself. The gall of some! Needless to say my business deal is suffering due this, and to top it off I have to pay an additional $180 finance charge for the payment not being on time ( ouch) I will never trust this location with ANYTHING. I needed to shred some papers so I headed off to my local UPS store on Logan Street. I had a coupon I had printed from the UPS store website. The coupon said shred 1 pound get 1 pound free up to 10 pounds. The first thing the clerk said when I walked in the store was we aren't gonna be able to do your shredding it's full she proceeded to walk over to the shredding machine and saw that it wasn't for and then said oh I guess we can. I started taking my papers out she said put them on the scale which I did however I found some paper clips and some butterfly clips that I didn't want to go through the machine so it took me a while to get everything together. She rang it up and said that'll be $14 it's buy one shred one pound get one free so she took off a dollar since it was 15 pounds of paper. At that point I told her it was buy one get one free up to 10 pounds and she proceeded to call her manager which was fine with me however in the phone call she indicated it looked like something I just printed myself which was not the fact. And then she said that's not what she really meant even though she started to be rather rude from the beginning. At that point I'm not in my best manner either and without any explanation she said go ahead and put your papers in there I didn't realize that you couldn't open the lid when she said you can't you need to put them in one by one so I did that and in the meantime she also threatened that they were videotaping me and anything I said would be on the video tape and anything I did and she accused me of ruining the computer next to the paper thing which I did not do. Honestly I did push it a little bit but I've been around computers long enough to know it did it no harm. And then she continued to threaten me with all the videos they were going to watch and that more than likely the store owner would no longer want me to come in their store which is fine because there are more than one UPS stores inIn Noblesville and the Indianapolis area. read more

I wish I had seen the yelp reviews on this store before I went there. I had legal documents to be notarized and mailed back the same day. I had received them via USPS. Went to USPS Store to have them Notarized which they did. Went to ship them right back to my brother, USPS as suggested by the clerk since that is how we received them, but first class this time with tracking number. That was December 18th. It was supposed to arrive December 20th. Today is December 21st and it has not arrived yet. I tracked the package to find that the label was printed but NEVER RECEIVED. I called the UPS Store and was greeted by a snotty toned lady who informed me that "It is USPS problem not ours. That is why no one likes to ship with USPS anymore". Really? that is how you help me. I called USPS and the only information they have is that the label was printed. Yet UPS says it isn't their problem? I will NOT use your store every again. worst customer service attitude. Went to Noblesville IN UPS store on Logan Noblesville IN today to drop an Amazon return. I asked that they come to the door as I have health issues and cannot come into the store. Explained I had a QR code to scan to print the label as instructed by Amazon. The person Barry (manager) refused and said you have to come in to scan. I offered to give him my phone to scan and he said what is the difference if I get your phone or you come in. I explained there is a pandemic and cannot come in. He said people that cannot do things for themselves need to find ways to do things themselves and said they cannot do all that as I was asking too much. Very rude and inconsiderate, would NEVER use this store again. I asked for a manager he said I am the manager, refused to give me the number for his manager said he is not allowed. On May 20th I got a notice on my door that my amazon package was taken to this store and not left at my door. This has happened before and packages were lost in December (Christmas gifts). So I called the store and attempted to give the gentleman there the tag number or the tracking number. I was continually talked over and told to just give him my name- he didnt care for tracking information and would only look for my name on the package. I gave him my name and tried to explain that my husband's name would be on the package as it was his amazon account. The man came back to the line in less than 2 seconds and said nope, no package. Maybe tomorrow or the next day, ok bye! and attempted to hang up on me. I said wait wait wait, please check with the tracking numbers i have, he would not and just said to check back again later. I then stated, this is just stupid and hung up the phone. I tracked the package via the 800 number and found that my package had in fact been delivered to the logan street location nearly 30 mins prior. I called back, same gentlemen answered, i told him per the 800 number, my package was delivered to that location can you please check with my tracking number. he then stated, o yeah, your package was delivered the moment you hung up on me-- LIE. I decided to ignore and said, ok i will be right there. I show up to get my package, show my ID and sign the electronic signature. He hands me my package and states, for future reference dont hang up on those that try to help you. I said well, for your information, your location has lost multiple packages esp in December and I do not trust you looked for my package. he stated, well i wasnt in December and the point is dont hang up on people "helping" you. I stated, i am an adult and i will do as I please, have yourself a better night. I left with my item and i really didnt care about his opinion on the matter. Now, the item is not working and i am returning to amazon. Amazon states that my package was signed "Horrible Person". I tried to call the store now twice during their open hours and no one even answers the phone. their 800 number will not let me speak to a rep without a tracking number, that i no longer have. This is completely unacceptable and terrible customer service. If i could NEVER use this store again it would be great! I just hope no more of my packages are sent there! read more

Please read and save yourself a bunch of money. I just got a quote from them to box up a 7x9x6" item and send to CT. $15.75 for them to put my item in a cardboard box and $18.00 for 3 day delivery. When I asked why it was so expensive he said it must be the location I was sending to?????? He then looked up what it would cost to ship the same box via the US post office. He told me it would be $45 and that would not include the box. I said no thanks and drove to the post office. $13.60 later and the box was in the mail and they provide the box, packing, tape and label. Oh, by the way it is insured and will get there a day sooner. You sir ( my UPS man) should be ashamed of yourself. I hate when people lie to me. Zero stars if I could. read more

I have used this UPS store for years, but I will no longer. I shipped some items back to Amazon at the end of December and both times I had an issue with the return. The first return was two rental text books. UPS insisted that the books could go in the same box for return since the return address was the same. I gave them both packaging slips and sent them off. A few days later I returned and mailed back two textbooks for trade-in. Again, they said that both books could go in the same package and mailed them off. Well come to find out, after Amazon tried to charge me for 1 textbook from each package, these books are NOT allowed to be returned in the same package. Separate packages are needed for them to be processed. Seeing as though UPS is the selected shipper for Amazon items, one would assume they know what they are doing. Luckily, after lengthy phone conversations, Amazon credited my account and didn't charge me for the items, but I will no longer be using this UPS store since they were blatantly careless with my items and chose not to ship them in the correct manner. read more
