Be careful they don't try to scam you into buying a shipping box/bag. I had an Amazon trade in where you can print your own label at home and afix to the box and drop off at a UPS location. Amazon instructions recommended using the original box but if none then use any rigid box. I used a box from a wireless extender I bought, sealed it up according to instructions and brought it to the store. Employee says i can't use a retail box to ship. Ok... what's my option? Buy a box or bag. Told her it's an Amazon trade in and instructions just said use a rigid box and drop off with label. She says, "Oh, it's an Amazon return?" Why should that matter I'm thinking. She continues to push don't I have the original box? No. So I ask her if she's not going to take my Amazon return, instructions didn't specify how the box looks. She talks to her coworker and now they're willing to accept it as is. I went home and looked up the UPS guidelines for packaging... it does NOT state you can't reuse a retail box, it needs to be sturdy and have any previous shipping labels removed but absolutely NO restrictions on the appearance of the box. Yes, it's only a couple bucks to buy a box/bag but the fact they try to scam people into unnecessarily buying something when it is in no way against UPS policies is really aggravating. Imagine all the people they're lying to that don't question the rules. read more

Those of us who live east of Hwy 37 implore you to build a store close to us. Otherwise, you're doing everything right. You're often quite busy but seem to be adequately staffed to keep things humming along. Staff seems to be in a good mood, despite the difficulty of some of the requests you get. Competent. Accommodating. Polite. Can't ask for more. And, they were able to figure out how to mail a water ski to my brother in Maui. read more

I tried to ship a $2000 stereo receiver from this store to Chicago. The kid placed the 32 lbs unit in to a box with almost no packaging material. It was not secured at all. Of course it was destroyed. They will try to get a claim through to UPS corporate (the stores are franchises from what I can tell). The claim was denied because the unit was not packaged to standard. Do not use this store for your critical packages or anything easily damaged. When I was in the store I explained what this was and how they are shipped new. The box I tried was too small and I decided to trust the pros. This store is not them. read more

If I could give them more stars, I would. I frequent this store for printing and amazon returns, recently using them for notary services. They always greet me with a smile, appear to work well as a team and handle business quick and efficiently. I have never had an issue here. There is a nice amount of parking, easy in and out. They lost my package even though it showed delivering there and signed for by one of their employees. They told me that the driver must have may have sign the employees name and didn't leave the product, which I find hard to believe. read more

We needed a mailbox with a street address for our business. My husband called this location and was told they were running a special - a $20 set up fee and $20 a month - the special was that if you prepaid for a year, you got 3 months back. In other words, you got 12 months for the usual cost for 9. When he spoke with them on the phone he was very clear we'd be renting the mailbox for a business, so we'd have a street address. My husband was tied up for the afternoon so I went to the store to sign up for a mailbox. After spending about 20 minutes filling out forms and providing more information than required to get a drivers license, I was told, "oh, the set up fee is $25 and the monthly fee for a business is $30 a month." When I said that wasn't what we'd been quoted on the phone, the guy helping me just shrugged his shoulders. read more

I called the store and was answered with a "Can you please hold?" And I sat on hold for more than 5 minutes with no response. I hung up and called back and was answered with the same thing. I tried to respond saying I only had a really quick question (what time did I need to have my package in to have it ship that day) and in the middle of my first few words, there was a click and I was met with silence. I tried calling again a few minutes later and still was unable to speak to anyone. read more

I was directed to go into the UPS store on Allisonville Rd. the other day to send off an AT&T router. I found the staff there to be both helpful as well as nice. They were quick to speak and even faster to assist in any way possible. I have been into the post office and have been ignored or treated like a number. This was the complete opposite. It was nice.
