There have been a few mail issues over the years but all I have to do is call them and they immediately work through the problem with me. When I come in they are always super polite and helpful. And for those local the store can do just about anything. Think of it like a UPS store and Kinkos. If you're traveling a lot, the post scan mail membership is very convenient. When you get mail it gets scanned in and sent to you. You can then shred/recycle it, forward it on to somewhere or pick it up when you return. Overall I think they are a little more expensive than going direct to USPS or the other carriers but it is in a convenient location and the service is always good.

One of my packages was mishandled, and when I brought the issue to the attention of your store manager, I was met with indifference and no real effort to resolve the situation. Rather than offering to contact UPS customer service or explore a solution, the manager simply told me I'd need to pay again for a shipment I had already paid for. When I questioned why I should bear the cost for a failure on UPS's part, he responded dismissively, saying, "I'm not UPS, I'm just a store." This attitude is unacceptable. Your employees represent the UPS brand, and customers rely on them for guidance and support when things go wrong. I urge you to provide better training on customer service--specifically how to take ownership, provide support when issues arise, and avoid passing blame. I fulfilled my responsibility as a customer. The store failed to do the same. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously so future customers do not receive the same treatment.

I needed a photo for my expedited passport application following a name change. I made an appointment and arrived to find that the photo would be taken directly to the right of the counter while they continued to assist other customers. Can you say cringe?! I moved to stand against the white wall as the representative produced a tiny digital camera and insert the batteries (smart). He apologized that he'd have to get REALLY close in order to take the photo. It was so awkward. Could he not have stood at a distance and utilized the zoom function? I'm not sure, but the photo was not good. I'm contemplating on whether or not to use it. I don't utilize my passport as often as my driver's license, but I will have it for a while, so there's that. I also had a new DL photo taken today, but with their very sophisticated camera set-up the photo came out much better. I had used Google to look up the cost at UPS versus other places that offer them and they were the second cheapest. As it turns out, the pricing shown was inaccurate (thank you Google AI for that very wrong information). The cost was about double what I expected to pay. When I made the appointment online, no cost was shown or confirmed, but I'm sure that this information can be found on their website. Honestly, it was an afterthought for me. I just needed an up-to-date photo ASAP. The representative was kind and quick, although he kept apologizing for the printer and how long it takes. I was in and out in under 15 minutes.

Weeks ago, I ordered tennis shoes from a company that is apparently based in the Netherlands. When I went to return them, it said I could only do so at a DHL drop-off location. They are surprisingly hard to find. This spot is also closed on the weekends and closes at 5pm which makes it hard to get to when you work full-time. I finally drove over here during a lunch break to drop off my package and they took it quickly and easily. The store itself was quite cluttered, but the woman working helped me out and I'm glad to no longer have that package in my car!

To be honest I thought you could just have a P.O. Box in here, and then mail or have things notarized. They also can do a fingerprint appointment! Who knew? Now you do! Clean and well organized store, also with a lot of Knick nacks, like funky socks, charms and coloring journals. They got me right in and right out I was happy with how prompt it was. Go here for all your mailing or finger printing needs!
