There have been a few mail issues over the years but all I have to do is call them and they immediately work through the problem with me. When I come in they are always super polite and helpful. And for those local the store can do just about anything. Think of it like a UPS store and Kinkos. If you're traveling a lot, the post scan mail membership is very convenient. When you get mail it gets scanned in and sent to you. You can then shred/recycle it, forward it on to somewhere or pick it up when you return. Overall I think they are a little more expensive than going direct to USPS or the other carriers but it is in a convenient location and the service is always good.

My husband and I proceeded to start packing the items into the boxes and had 2 of the 4 packed. As we started the 3rd box, another worker came out into retail area to inform us that they wouldn't be able to do anything with the packages today because they close at 430 but it takes them half an hour to count their drawers and they had to get to their second shift. During this I also asked them if they can bill to my UPS account, he told me they couldn't. I know that is false because I have shipped at this location several times prior by just giving our UPS account number. I really do not understand why the doors were even open let alone give me the boxes to start packing things only to tell us that they couldn't take them. Extremely poor customer service just days before Christmas. I was then stuck with paying 30 dollars for four small boxes and a roll of tape. I would not have even messed with any of it had they just said they weren't going to assist during business hours.

Paid a premium price for 2nd day delivery in October of 2025. The package was delivered five days…read morelater, so I asked the store to refund the difference I would have paid for 5 day delivery. I was promised a full refund based on their guaranteed service refund policy. The franchise owner is never in the store and they did not follow up with me, so I called UPS Corporate and they referred to the UPS Store's corporate office. They opened a claim and nothing happened. I called the store and they remarked,"You haven't gotten a refund yet?" The employee could only leave a note for the owner, and nothing happened. I called the corporate office again in March and they told me BECAUSE I FAILED TO FOLLOW UP, they closed the case. I had them reopen it. They said they would require the store owner to resubmit the claim and if I hadn't heard from anyone by Monday, to call back. This time, when I called as they suggested, the person at the corporate office told me I needed to wait and be patient. I realize the store's corporate office is not the franchisee, but they don't hold anyone responsible at the store level. My 1-lb package sent in October was received in good condition, just late. I am sure they think I will give up, but now 5 months later, I have not.

Frustrated we left and returned at 5 pm with this sign on the door. Basically they were not going to reopen. Don't post a sign with a lie. No other store in the area had any issues...we asked. Total waste of our time!
