He was able to take a PDF file of my printing and print it on the cardstock and was able to meet the deadlines I was having to send out wedding invitation. I even an ordeal where I ordered wedding invitation online to get the ugliest invitation I ever saw! I couldnt salvage all of it because my time was short. Long story short, these guys were able to respond back to me promptly, print them out on the right cardstock and always got it on time to me for the few times I have used them. The UPS Store located on E Washington St is always crowded. Now they have added a self-check…read morestation for package drop off but there was no signage to alert customers to this time saving feature. When the store is crowded it would be of great help. While I stood in a line of 5 people, the clerk could have announced that there was a self -scan station over at the west side of the store. I didn't notice it until a 6th customer entered the store and went there directly. There should also be clearer signage as to what bins to place your items in after scanning. Since I couldn't make out what went where I just left mine on the counter. The clerks seem to always be in a bad mood. These days I don't expect a warm welcoming smile when doing business in retail establishments, but some form of acknowledgement is appreciated. It goes a long way toward fostering good customer relations.

Very selfish employees and sad that good customer service doesn't exist anymore. Would give this place a negative number of stars if it was possible. What if they install it in a rough manner or price gouge me here and there? I'm new to this whole ordering a big art print for the airport floor thing. Sports Graphics made this a thoroughly enjoyable customer experience from start to finish. 1.) they were very quick and friendly in all of their responses. Given our tight turn around from design to installation, this was especially appreciated. 2.) They never poo poo'd my questions and took the time to send me updates on status/images for approval/finished product images, etc.; 3.) the finish product was INCREDIBLE. Have you been to the airport in the last week? This thing is a piece of work and I couldn't have done it without Sports Graphics expertise in tow. The print is thick/durable and vibrant as can be. I can't wait for the thousands of travelers visiting Indianapolis to see 135+images highlighting was make our local business scene so special.
