They are even sending somebody out to pick up the unused materials to be recycled since they are made from a synthetic material. I would definitely work with them again. Fantastic customer service!

There were two clerks working and one went above and beyond to walk me through step-by-step use of the printer. I was able to complete my printing quickly and stress free, thanks to his assistance. The store is ultra clean and well organized, with work stations, printing stations and supplies. Prices are reasonable. I saw some cool poster options during my visit that got my creativity rocking. Honestly, I could hang there all day. In and out of the strip mall is tight and the pavement is in rough shape. There was plenty of parking in front of the store.

We had a sign that was printed out wrong, for them to fix it they told us they would have to charge us half the cost to reprint it, but first we need to convert the document to PDF and use Microsoft Publisher (they did not tell us this when the first print was made). They also told us, "FedEx customer service doesn't know shit, they're all dumb." We came back and their computer wasn't working so we kindly asked if they can use another one. They said, that all the other computers can't even send an email. So, we asked if the issue was with our USB or their computer, they got an attitude and said, "would you like us to throw away the computer." At this point had to let them know about their horrible customer service and our issue was not resolved.

He was able to take a PDF file of my printing and print it on the cardstock and was able to meet the deadlines I was having to send out wedding invitation. I even an ordeal where I ordered wedding invitation online to get the ugliest invitation I ever saw! I couldnt salvage all of it because my time was short. Long story short, these guys were able to respond back to me promptly, print them out on the right cardstock and always got it on time to me for the few times I have used them. Its family business so makes it even better to support them, and its much cheaper than going to a KINKOS. They do a great job here! There was no creative energy put into our material at all. Once I spoke to them and let them know it wasn't what we wanted, and again reiterated that we wanted it put together in a way that we would pay professionals to do, they simply changed the background.
