We've entrusted them to design and build solutions that work very well for several of the businesses we consult to. They also manage our SEO efforts and the results are great. Our site is consistently in the top 3 search results in our industry. We use them for various types of digital marketing, Michelle manages our Adwords and Facebook accounts and we really like working with her. When I brought the first customer to them, the website was long overdue for a redesign. We did a lot of research and finally decided that BoxCrush was a good fit for our needs. They redesigned and rebuilt that site in Sitefinity, which is a pretty amazing piece of tech, and the customer's web traffic has increased along with brand awareness. The next customer we brought to them was a manufacturing customer that needed ecommerce and had to integrate with a B2B supplier based ERP system. BoxCrush built a website with thousands of products and built an ad campaign that had a very effective ROI. They were able to give us reports that showed how much we spent on each ad and how that resulted in sales or not. They were very quick about shutting down ads that did not perform and making new ads that did to replace them with. The store is ultra clean and well organized, with work stations, printing stations and supplies. Prices are reasonable. I saw some cool poster options during my visit that got my creativity rocking. Honestly, I could hang there all day. In and out of the strip mall is tight and the pavement is in rough shape. There was plenty of parking in front of the store.

They said, that all the other computers can't even send an email. So, we asked if the issue was with our USB or their computer, they got an attitude and said, "would you like us to throw away the computer." At this point had to let them know about their horrible customer service and our issue was not resolved.
