I had the worst possible experience at this place. I had a unit for 2 years and from the time I started, until I ended, they DOUBLED the price. Every couple of months I'd get a notice that they were upping the price. Once it got to be too much I cleared out my unit and found MOLD all over everything!! All of my stuff that I had been paying $80 a month to keep safe is completely ruined. Scrapbooks, childhood memories, letters from my family members all destroyed. read more

Available 24/7 for self signup. Clean dry units, easy access for loading. Very helpful staff if you need boxes or have questions. For me, the access to self sign up was a life saver when my garage flooded & I need a quick place to relocate my salvaged items. Needed urgent Sunday access due to sprinkler pipe break. read more

I have made every attempt possible to contact the Corporate location in Indianapolis and to no avail. This company does not make itself available to the public. No available phone numbers even at their locations. They rope you into their facility and continuously raise rental rates, 40+% in 3 years. I am considering escrowing any additional increases in rental fees. I would give them a zero star but Yelp won't allow. read more

This is a storage unit, not an apartment complex. You aren't going to be living here - just your excess inanimate objects. The manager has always been on duty during business hours when I've been there and has always been approachable and civil. The physical spaces are much better than others we've seen in Indianapolis. Exceptionally terrible service. We tried to arrange renting unit from Nora for work purposes and she made it incredibly difficult to arrange anything by phone or email. She entered an incorrect phone number for our reservation which made it impossible to check into our paid for unit. After being unable to get our first purchased unit, I had to rent a second unit via the on site kiosk. The kiosk is extremely outdated and barely works. It does not have features that are helpful to accessing your unit. It is also constantly covered in bugs. When I tried to open the second unit we paid for, the lock was jammed and we could not access the unit. After contacting Nora with our issues, she continued to to address us with utterly rude contempt. She smugly sent us a screenshot of accessing our original unit. Unfortunately, she texted this to the incorrect phone number she recorded proving her incompetence. This was among the worst experiences I have ever had with customer service. read more

Infinite storage owned by Kittle properties has a very incompetent property manager. Not only is she incompetent she evicts people when they complain. I say Lori Smith is incompetent because she sent a letter to vacate the storage unit by 6/30/22 after I complained on 5/17/22. She, the property manager, even threatened eviction if I complained that same day. She dated the eviction letter on 5/25/22. I tried calling your property 4 times in total, 3 times before the letter, and once after the letter. But no one cared to call back. I got my stuff out of the storage and moved to a cheaper one by 6/24/21. Then today 7/6/22 I get a email and text saying my storage rental payment is overdue. I was told I was still in the system. What the hell! Sounds like incompetence to me. They need somebody with a little knowledge for the property manager position since the one they have is an idiot and can't handle her job or handle someone complaining 1 time. I believe my 8-year-old daughter could do better! It's a shame because the property was always clean. Nice size storage units. No issue until May of this year. But customer service is a must! And with 1 complaint after many years of being at a storage unit you get evicted that is some BS! read more

Infinite Self Storage in Nora has deteriorated over the years (we had rented at this location since opening until recently). Initially, this location was one of a few that had controlled environment storage (AC and Heat) in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. Today there are many other options and we would recommend selecting another option. Specifically, (1) the AC/Heat in the area of our unit has not worked in almost a year now - brought this to the manager(s) responsible for this location with no follow up, (2) there is rarely an on-site person in the office located in the front of the property - this location goes through managers every 3+ months, (3) Recent push to fill the place by lowering the monthly rental rates for new customers while charging current renters more than 25%+ more and management will not renegotiate - warning to current renters - get ready for a big increase - at least 8 to 10%, (4) inside controlled environment storage is dirty, (5) reaching a live person is almost impossible ... the current manager seems to want to only communicate in "twitter speak" (less than 100 characters) via email and they do not walk the property/buildings, (6) simple codes are used to enter the facilities - increasing security risk, (7) no video camera's in controlled environment buildings, (8) no carts (disappeared several years ago) to move your items "into and out" of your unit in the controlled environment buildings, etc. You get the picture. Net, net, there are much better choices in the Indianapolis Metro area - we found three other units that had Controlled environment (AC and Heat) with on-site 24X7 Managers that lived on the premises and 25% to 30% less cost, including clean controlled environments and a "live manger" that answers the phone and follows up immediately. read more
