Other than offering for them to move out a day later, but the girls lease was already up, and they had already turned all their stuff in. Didnt even offer to help in trying to find other movers or another storage unit. We are not from the area and this was just a really disappointing experience. we offered to help them load the truck ourselves and begged them to still move them because the lease was up and the girls HAD to move out. So as for you won't potentially lose diplomas, multiple work uniforms, family heirlooms, pictures and even identity thieving information. I get up here at 11:55 am on December 2nd with $275, now they tell me that I have to pay $346 in order to keep my storage unit. Now they are going against what they said to me on the phone. I was always told that your word is your bond. Now I'm going to lose everything that I have to my name because of their mistake. They have no sympathy or whatsoever. I stayed in touch with them the whole time & let them know my situation & the CSR told me everything was ok & that they would note it in their system. I'm highly disappointed!
