They are so cheap they dont even have a light in the unit. App frequently would "flash in and out" so you cannot get in

Great storage place! And great service as well! I love how the units are indoor but still accessible from outside.

Even if a rent sounds low, they don't tell you about the $20 a month insurance policy they make you get. Come on man. If it's $30 to move in, say it's $30. Not $1.00. I just filled out multiple pages of sign up forms and they didn't hit me with the insurance part until the last one. Now I'm picking a different place just off the strength of bad business. How greedy can these people get? You're already charging people outrageous costs for closets and rooms slightly bigger. It's not wonder we have a housing crisis out here, why build a house you can only rent to one family when you can build storage units and rake in loads of cash. They benefit of other people's misfortunes. That's what they do. They profit off the evictions of poor and working class. At least the poor and working class still have some honor. If they tell you something's one price, they don't switch it up on you. Everyone wants to rip everyone off nowadays. We pay for air for our tires, we pay for water to drink, and now we pay for closets when we lose our home. The website is trash. It's deceptive and their marketing methods are dubious and circumspect. These people are the worst. Just like phone companies, they lie to you to your face about how much something costs. Grow a pair and say what you mean. Don't pee down my back and tell me it's raining. My advice: pick a mom and pops place that won't BS you into debt. Public Storage is what's wrong with America.

I will forever lastingly be affected by this for as long as I live, it is truly like losing all family members in 2020 and reopening the wounds from members prior to this. I officially have no more memorabilia of said past family members. I just wish that there was a way to possibly retrieve the all personal items, from the auction buyers.
