They do get a tiny credit for accepting UPS boxes so please utilize them. They'll let you know the pick up times for UPS, USPS (think priority flat rate boxes), etc. so if you record the times in your contacts you can be sure to get your boxes out timely. With only 2 reps working it went surprisingly quick. My items were still inside. Then, she returned and didn't say anything about locking the door on me. No apology or anything. I paid for my printout and left without completing the other 3 transactions I was going to do. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. This location has been a complete disappointment since moving on base. I moved from Ewa and the location next to Buffalo Wild Wings had the absolute best customer service EVER! Gerry is the current USPS clerk and he is a great guy, he always goes beyond the expectations of normal customer service. In the lobby they have all the priority flat rate and mailing envelopes you might need and they are free.
