It's one of those places where you know things will just get handled efficiently without stress. Everyone there is friendly, patient, and consistently helpful every single time we go in. They're also in a super convenient location for us, but honestly even if they weren't, I would still make the drive because the service is that reliable and good. I walked to this post office from pearlridge. I don't recommend it. It's really hot out there and I…read morealmost died. Anyway, if you can find it, it's a cool post office! It's kinda tucked away from the main road. Near the intersection of aiea bowl. Once inside, it has this really beautiful skylight design and the AC is strong. It felt so nice waiting in line; I never felt so good waiting in a PO line lol. The workers here are friendly and make small talk. It's cute. They have so many boxes out for people to take and even though there was a line, it went quickly. The guy scanned my QR code and took my box. It hasn't been scanned into the system though and it's been like 8 hours. I'm not sure how post offices work, but at the Ala Moana post office, the tracking on my packages starts only an hour or two after it's scanned. Idk why it's taking so long for this post office to start tracking my box. On my walk over, I noticed that there are quite a few hidden gems in the area. I am literally never in aiea, so this was a fun experience for me.

I always knew about this location but in all the years that I've visited Manoa Marketplace, I've…read morenever had a reason to step in the door. This visit was motivated by the need for my passport to be renewed. I initially went to Longs Drugs in the same shopping complex. I wanted to pay for a digital copy of my photo but their system was down. So, I got on Yelp to look for options. I was not aware that UPS does passport photos. I guess they should've paid more attention to their commercial saying that they offer a lot of different services. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted, and stated that he would be with me even though there was another customer ahead of me. I love the fact that the person acknowledged my presence and didn't ignore me. The process of taking my photo with the card and digital copies was quick and painless. What I really loved is that he asked me to double check whether or not I was happy with the photo. Better yet, their price was lower than Longs Drugs. I walked out of the store happy with what I paid for and was on my way to renew my passport. Manoa marketplace has lots of free parking in an area where you never feel rushed. Thank you for the great experience.

I've been to this UPS store twice since it's close to my job. I went to return an Amazon purchase …read more It was the first time using UPS for a return so I was not sure of the process. The man helping me was nice, but the lady behind the counter kept interrupting our conversation and was very rude. I was willing to purchase the tape to tape the package, but she made like it was too expensive for me. The second time I went to ship my computer to Asurion with a prepaid label. The lady did not greet me. I placed the large box on the counter with the shipping label facing her. Her comment was "what, what should I do with that?" After showing her the label, she scanned it. Then she rudely implied that I should put the other box on the counter. It was very obvious that the boxes belonged to the people behind me and that we were not together. I have never encountered such poor customer service. The lady is so rude and grouchy. I can't imagine how it would be if I had some questions. I will never go Back to Manoa ups, I will drive farther just to avoid that store
