Despite negative reviews, I took box there on a Friday evening @ 5:45 pm & was waited on by small, elderly store clerk. She was extremely polite & eager to help me get my shipping label / bar code printed out in time for deadline pick up (driver was waiting in store). She went the extra mile to help me get my box ready for last minute, Friday night pick up. Will definitely use them again. read more

I have never had such slow service. It took Elena 30 mins to decide she couldn't return my att equipment as att had said ups would, then another 20 to prepare and ship a personal shipment of 1 water bottle, 1 set of keys and a pair of sunglasses. I will be avoiding this store!! read more

Horrible horrible horrible...this has to be the armpit of UPS Stores. The customer service is bad the attitude of the woman working the counter was rude. Didn't want to give me a shippng receipt for my package. Eventually I ga ve up and drove to the UPS store in Morgan Hill to ship my package..well worth the drive. Will not go back to Gilroy store. Don't wsste yiur time and sve yourself some aggrevation. read more

Talk about the most rude staff I have ever come across in my life. The woman behind the counter is yelling at customers about what they need as she had over 8 people in line and was upset with the fact that I didn't have anything I could just drop off. If this a proud independently owned ups like the sign states you may want to put some more effort into helping your customers and not being so rude... updated: after waiting 25 minutes for someone to help me while only 1 person was working turns out there were 5 people in the back. The old man working proceeded to lecture me about printing out the amazon labels... excuse me sir if amazon made me come in to print out the label and did not give me an option.... maybe should not provide the service or work at a ups if you don't want to provide a service which states you provide. I work in customer service and this is piss poor service if I'm being nice. read more

The UPS store on 10th St. in Gilroy is my favorite UPS to go to.Santana is always helpful and gives good customer service. I don't like to use computers but whenever I do Santana is happy to help me on the computer to do whatever needs to be done. And I really appreciate that about her I would also like to say that everyone that works there always has a good attitude and makes you feel welcome.. Horrible customer service. They were in the process of training two new people in the middle of December seems crazy since you would think it's the busiest time for them. The women training them was very fed up with them, just generally in a bad mood and bery rude. I sent out two packages they only gave me the tracking information on one of my packages. It's been over a week and I still have no idea what happened to the order I shipped that they didn't give me a receipt for with no way to track it's making my holiday season a bit more stressful. I should've just went with another shipping company. To top things off a package I ordered threw Amazon was suppose to be here today brought by ups has been delayed 8 days. Just another reminder of how bad the ups is. read more

Don't waste your money!!! I ship things through UPS on a daily basis from my office. We have similar software that the ups store uses. I took something into this store to ship and the rude older woman behind the counter was very short with me from the beginning. I asked her to ship the package the least expensive way possible. When she told me that it would cost $75 I asked why so much. She said that it was because of the size of the box (about 24" square). I told her that I ship things from my office for less than half of that price in the exact same boxes and usually they weigh more. Instead of offering me a solution to the issue she said "how would you know? Do you do the accounting? Do you see the paperwork?" I told her that I know because the prices pop up on the screen as you print, just like her computer. I told her I would Just ship my boxes on my own and she acted annoyed! Really? Well I hope that she's reading this now, and I am happy to say that I shipped the same box for $26.10 from my office! Glad I didn't waste my money with a business tht employees such rude people!!! read more

Not open at stated hours on the day I tried to ship a package and waited for them to open (8:30)am with no sign of life. Went to Staples across town. Should have went there first as I received less than stellar service from this store over a year ago... I understand things happen but when you give a place a second chance and it does not work out odds are there are better choices, hence the post. read more

We have used this location for the very last time. Staff is extremely rude, slow and quite honestly, not very competent. When we phoned to speak to the owner or manager we were told the owner is an owner of 20 years and another extremely rude associate for 15 years, these two have been working 12 hour days for quite some time etc and that was the response for their rudeness. I am phoning the corporate office just to humor myself, and will drive to Morgan Hill in the future and will advise all not to use this location. Awful!!! read more

This place has tried my patience one too many times! Today I just wanted to drop off a box to be sent via usps. The box was prepaid and was already labeled. You would think that all I needed to do was drop it off. Unfortunately no. The clerk at the counter said her car was already full for her trip to the post office today and would I mind taking it there myself. I told her it was ok if she dropped it off tomorrow and she said it was against policy insomuch as all packages dropped off in the day needed to be taken to the post office the same day. She again said she couldn't take it because her car was full and that I needed to take it there myself. Unbelievable. PLEASE PLEASE can we get a new UPS store in Gilroy or at least put this one under new management. read more

We needed to print out invitations, RSVPs, other information cards and bands for an event because the person that we had an agreement with to make our invitations, messed up twice then became non-responsive. We contacted all the printing services in Gilroy and Morgan Hill and The UPS Store had the most affordable prices for printing color copies on cardstock. Employee, Santana, was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and gave us personal attention helping us on the computer to print out everything we needed. :) read more

I needed to pick up a package from this location as UPS could not get past the gate to my Condominium complex. I work in San Jose and do not get off until 5:30 p.m.. This store closes at 6:30 p.m. which makes it hard for me to pick up a package on a weekday. I received an email from UPS notifying me that if I didn't pick my package up by Friday it would be returned. I tried my best to get there on time on Thursday but did not arrive until 7:00 p.m.. The woman working there was still in the shop and unlocked the door to see what I wanted. I explained my predicament and she politely retrieved my package for me, with a smile. This is the most customer UN-FRIENDLY store in the chain. The people working there are rude. When I asked for a receipt for a UPS package with a pre-printed label the worker there rudely refused. On a previous visit I was charged 1.00 for a UPS overnight envelope that is provided free at other locations and at UPS drop boxes. Save yourself the headache if you must ship UPS go to the UPS store in Morgan Hill. Its worth the little extra time. The Gilroy store gives UPS a black eye. read more
