Dear Adrian Gusman, With all respect, I would like to bring to your attention an incident that happened at your UPS Store regarding fingerprinting service. I came to the store for fingerprinting on March 25, 2026. When I arrived, the employee responsible for the fingerprinting service was helping another customer and told me that it will take another 15 minutes. When I came back, he was again assisting another customer and told me it would take another 15 minutes. He also mentioned that he would be taking a lunch break from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. So I returned the next day for the fingerprinting service. Another employee, who mentioned that his father is in charge of the store, told me that the fingerprinting employee would be on break for the next 25 minutes. Based on that, the break should have ended around 3:40 PM. However, when I returned at 3:28 PM, I saw the fingerprinting employee already assisting another customer. When I questioned this situation, the other employee (who said his father owns the store) responded by saying, "I refuse to do the service and you have to leave." I felt disappointed by the way this situation was handled. I truly hope that here in Gilroy everyone is treated with respect and without discrimination. read more

I had a mailbox there for 3 months and the guys working have always been really helpful and friendly. Never had an issue with my Mail or shipping. They are open 7 days a week and someone is always there during their posted business hours. I wrote the review to be alarming. Customers who frequent UPS should be aware of what happens when their items are stolen by a UPS employee. Customers should know their loss will not be reimbursed/compensated by UPS. Unfortunately my encounter does represent the values of your brand. Went here for passport pictures to get our passports renewed. Lady was super nice, but unfortunately our renewal applications were returned due to problems with the pictures (We think the head sizing was a little too small). Went back to have them retaken, and the man (sorry I didn't get his name) was very helpful, retook the pictures, and resent in our applications with delivery confirmation without any charge. Great service both times. Hopefully our passports get renewed! read more

We have always had a good experience here, mostly for returning Amazon purchases. Today I had to print 3 large documents, so instead of printing at home, I thought I will give them the business. The first document was printed/collated correctly, the way the PDF was. However, the second document was completely messed up - not collated, last pages being printed first etc. When I asked the young guy who was helping me, he said it is printing the way the document is. I told him the document is in a different order - he opened and verified the document was properly formatted and collated, and not the way it is being printed. He had fired two print jobs simultaneously and it was causing the pages to print randomly. Yet, he continued with his - "that is the way it is supposed to print". I was definitely upset that he was not apologizing but blaming some "unknown reasons" for this mess - as I had to manually collate all the pages. Suddenly another employee jumped in and started lecturing me not to be rude - wow - where is the customer service??? When I told him this is the most absurd argument that "it is supposed to print that way", instead of simply saying "sorry, we don't know what happened but will help fix this", he suddenly grabbed all my documents and said he is refusing service!!!! Unbelievable!!!! Zero stars for this absolutely horrendous experience....... read more

Horrible! Absolutely awful! The gentleman in the store does NOT move with a sense of urgency even when the line is five people deep. He continues to chit chat and takes his time. I waited 17 minutes before leaving. That was for ONE transaction! Crazy. I wish Gilroy had an alternative for this particular store. There always seems to be a problem of some sort every time I go-which is rare because I do everything I can to avoid it like the plague. I could have driven to Kohls, parked in the back 40 and walked to the back of the store quicker than this more "convenient" option. I'm going to just keep my Amazon return and take the loss of $30. It's just not worth my time, energy or frustration. I don't understand who owns this franchise and why they don't fix these and other issues. HORRIBLE! read more

Complete rip-off. I used the mailing service that used to be in this location, and operated by Nob Hill, for many years. I was used to paying a small service charge but own of this location, Adrian, charged what I later was able to be 10. At the time of mailing, I questioned the cost and he said there was a fee but he didn't know what fee was. I now know he was the owner, how could he not know. He also said he couldn't give me a tracking number . location refused to give me the actual fee nor a tracking number.The UPS Store in Morgan Hill only charges 5 and gives tracking. I will never use the Nob Hill Gilroy location again! read more

The gentleman introduced himself to me as the new owner and got right to work. He quickly had this done and even gave me a break in pricing.
