Today I walked into this shop because I had to print a return label and ship something out. The worker made the process super easy for me! They had me scan a QR code that led me straight to my inbox on my iPhone, where I was able to add an attachment to print the return label that got sent to me. They printed it out and then had me choose a bag to send my return item. Super quick, easy, and only cost me around $3. They do charge an extra 50 cents to use card. I recommend bringing cash! read more

I needed something inkjet printed on a specialty fabric paper, and called to inquire. The owner gave the info over the phone so I went the next day to have it printed. She was very kind and honest, and kept the same pricing she had quoted over the phone. She was quick with the printing, and gave me some helpful tips on design and printing for future projects. I would definitely go back again for specialty printing needs. read more

I have been using Post N Print for several years, and experiences like this are why I'll never go anywhere else. FedEx lost one of my shipments, and to make matters worse, I no longer had the receipt for the items I shipped. I spent several days trying to resolve the issue directly with FedEx, only to get nowhere. When I explained the situation at Post N Print, the owner immediately stepped in and handled everything for me. The very next day, she handed me a check for the full refund. She knows her customers by name, genuinely cares about them, and takes tremendous pride in her business. That pride really shows when something goes wrong. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly--it's how a business responds to problems that really matters, and Post N Print exceeded every expectation. Friendly, professional, and truly customer-focused. They have earned a lifetime customer, and I recommend them without hesitation. read more

I used this location to help me with some pictures I needed for my husband's 70th birthday.Khin Moe, store manager, did an awesome job of taking some very old photos and cleaning them up, allowing me to print them in a large format for the party. Great customer service! read more

Great passport photos. Great service from the young lady. Excellent experience. Thank you

We walked in needing a box for a lightweight, but very long holiday present. We knew that a box was going to have to be built. They did not flinch with our request and cut down a large box, protected our items and sealed it up. They were very fair with pricing, nice, and helpful. It is great to have this business in our neighborhood. They are able to handle many different requests. read more

Very friendly and helpful in fingerprinting for a license. I have come to this location several times now.

Amazing service and the quality of the bright colors on their print jobs are vivid. Please support local print shops like theirs so we don't have to wait in lines for hours at a place like staples. For $35 an hour they can help you design your project with just a few details. We always get compliments on our color menus from our bar guest. Thank You team at PnP. Prompt, courteous service with reasonable prices and good printing. Nice and efficient!

I scheduled a live scan online and the woman in front was so sweet! She was very helpful and answered all my questions about the live scan and how to fill it out. It was $30. Very small spot, they have very cute and punny birthday/anniversary cards! Minimum $5 for cards. read more

The notary here is very "greedy." Be cautious and prepared to spend money. Where is the compassion in helping? I wonder.

I had a fed ex QR code and they told me I had to pay for the label to be printed out. I told her this is why I chose QR code so I can avoid the whole paper and printing. She said they would charge me for the label from the QR code. What a joke, please avoid this place if you have WR codes. read more

Always great and friendly service, my go to place for shipping or receiving anything.

Disappointed in my recent experience. I brought two separate paper packages to get laminated and binded. The lady with the short hair helped me. I precisely reviewed the page numbers for each, to make sure everything was in order/correct. The lady messed up on one package but REFUSED she moved anything. I didn't want to get into it. She said she could fix it but that the hole punches wouldn't be aligned anymore because of the mess up. I didn't want that, so she told me to reprint the entire package and come back. I was SO ANNOYED because it was a lot of paper and ink which is wasteful and not cheap, but I had already paid. I came back several days later and the guy who helped me was actually very helpful and did a nice job. He used a smaller bind which looked exactly like the example I had brought in. The lady had used a big bind, despite seeing the example I brought in. I thought I would go back and ask if they can replace the one she did with a smaller bind and do it the way the guy did it. She was there and she REFUSED that she laminated the one with the big bind, saying she did the other one. I was literally there the day before and told the guy which page I wanted in the front, so I know which one he did vs the one she did. I did not like her attitude and the way she spoke to me - it was such a turn off, especially from my already previous experience with her. Anyway after all this nonsense, she tells me she can switch out the bind but that I would have to pay because that one cost more or that they would have to throw away the big one - whatever bs. Mind you, I wasted so much paper, ink, and time. I tried to support a small business but next time I'm just going to Staples. It's cheaper, faster, and the quality is consistent read more

Really happy that Post N Print moved in to this plaza and the fact that it's a family owned business is even better. I have used them for shipping packages and printing photos mainly. The staff there is very nice, helpful and accommodating and genuinely care about their customers. And their dog is adorable. read more

Wonderful friendly service by the gal that helped me ship a package for my husband. Convenient as it's located across from Target so I can do all my running around in one place. Will be back for my shipping needs in the future. Prices were great too as they don't charge an arm and a leg for a box which I really appreciated! read more

I went in for a passport photo and the lady was super helpful! When I raised the concern that the lighting didn't seem uniform (after she had already printed the photos), she agreed to take a new one. She was very nice and did everything she could so that my picture would pass the US passport photo requirements. She did not charge me extra for the photos and allowed me to keep the first ones she printed so they would not go to waste. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and I am definitely going back for any future photo printing needs. read more

Was in desperate need for help on making a booklet for lash training! Long story short.. Fed Ex was NO HELP at all.. they seemed not to care about helping me in the short amount of time I had and kind of rushed me out the door. I called Post N Print and was greeted by Kim! Immediately she started making suggestions and giving tips for my booklet! I knew right away I needed to come in to further discuss in person! As soon as I walked in, Kim was all smiles and ready to help! She genuinely cares about the customer and their needs. She had patience for this short notice mini project I threw on her table lol. She was able to help me print 2 whole training booklets on nice quality paper. She was so helpful from beginning to end! I will definitely be coming back for future projects, thank you so much Kim for the great experience! read more

Every time I come here, I am greeted by friendly customer service, no wait times, and I get the stuff done easily!

I needed labels printed for shower invitations by the end of the long weekend with no clue whether this could be done in any cost effective manner. We went in 3 hours before closing on Saturday and Kim said if I mailed the addresses by 6 in the evening (note this was 2 hours after closing), she would review the file, start working on Monday morning (closed Sunday-Monday was President's Day so no mail) and without a rush fee, do it for me. She matched the font I wanted and emailed me the proof sheets for approval for 80 labels, no spelling errors whatsoever on her part. However I found 4 mistakes of my own so I called her, she made the edits and supplied the beautiful labels all ready for mailing tomorrow. No rush fees and far less aggravating and expensive than had we messed with it ourselves. Thank you! read more

Another neighbor mentioned Post N Print to me for holiday shipping, and I am so grateful that they did! Kim was incredibly nice, helped make sure our family care packages were packed perfectly and noting they had fragile items inside. She was able to pull up all of my shipping carrier options to be sure we could pick what would get to our family in time for Christmas and the best price. The store is well-organized, has some cute little cards and options for gifting and the best part was avoiding the 30 min line like at the post office! Let's support local businesses and enjoy a stress-free experience during the holidays (or any other time!). read more

We had to get passport photos done for my kids, one of which isn't vaccinated yet. I called first and they were very helpful and friendly. They said that employees wear masks, but not all customers as it wasn't required at that point. When we got there no other customers were there so I felt ok with my daughter removing her mask for the photo. The person helping us made sure to get the photos lined up correctly and even retook one to make sure it was right. It didn't take long and I would go back again. read more

Great service! Reasonable prices. It helps that it's really close by our house. They have notary services and passport photo taking. Yey!!

I went in to Post n Print to have my fingerprints done through Livescan and Kim was so extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure all my prints were clear and I wouldn't have any issues after she sent them through the service. I also picked up a few other small things she had in the store and will be back later this summer to have a large banner made for my sons birthday. The place was so clean, organized, and the staff is extremely helpful. Post n Print will definitely be my go to for any shipping or printing needs going forward. read more

The service is the best, they always care to you to choose the affordable shipping. The store is also nice and clean.

I LOVE this place. I was so happy when I saw they were going to open. We live on this side of town, so super convenient. I sell my knits on etsy, and was getting pretty sick of running to the south side of town to mail stuff. The ladies that work here are SO nice and friendly! We are on a first name basis at this point. read more

Friendly and considerate service. Had a bad experience shipping internationally with fedex. I advise anyone sending things out to read the fine print and make sure you declare the value of your items properly to avoid custom fees. Even though it was a pain using fedex, the team at Post N Print helped along the way. Support small businesses any chance you can! read more

This place is great!!! From the start I had a good feeling about the place. The store is very neat and tidy. And as I waited in line, I was told that I would be helped shortly which contributed to the care I felt as a customer here. It was my first time shipping internationally. And my documents were very important and sensitive. They were knowledgeable about what and how to ship them and gave me recommendations. The 2 at the front desk were so helpful and friendly! I entered maybe 15 minutes before closing time and they were kind enough to help me through my process even though it was after their closing time! It didn't take much longer though since it was a speedy process! My documents arrived safely and I would always go back if I needed to ship again! 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Don't hesitate to stop by. read more
