I had a fed ex QR code and they told me I had to pay for the label to be printed out. I told her this is why I chose QR code so I can avoid the whole paper and printing. Disappointed in my recent experience. I brought two separate paper packages to get laminated and binded. The lady with the short hair helped me. I precisely reviewed the page numbers for each, to make sure everything was in order/correct. The lady messed up on one package but REFUSED she moved anything. I didn't want to get into it. She said she could fix it but that the hole punches wouldn't be aligned anymore because of the mess up. I didn't want that, so she told me to reprint the entire package and come back. I was SO ANNOYED because it was a lot of paper and ink which is wasteful and not cheap, but I had already paid. I came back several days later and the guy who helped me was actually very helpful and did a nice job. He used a smaller bind which looked exactly like the example I had brought in. The lady had used a big bind, despite seeing the example I brought in. I thought I would go back and ask if they can replace the one she did with a smaller bind and do it the way the guy did it. She was there and she REFUSED that she laminated the one with the big bind, saying she did the other one. I was literally there the day before and told the guy which page I wanted in the front, so I know which one he did vs the one she did. I did not like her attitude and the way she spoke to me - it was such a turn off, especially from my already previous experience with her. Anyway after all this nonsense, she tells me she can switch out the bind but that I would have to pay because that one cost more or that they would have to throw away the big one - whatever bs. Mind you, I wasted so much paper, ink, and time. I tried to support a small business but next time I'm just going to Staples. It's cheaper, faster, and the quality is consistent read more

I went in for a passport photo and the lady was super helpful! When I raised the concern that the lighting didn't seem uniform (after she had already printed the photos), she agreed to take a new one. She was very nice and did everything she could so that my picture would pass the US passport photo requirements. She did not charge me extra for the photos and allowed me to keep the first ones she printed so they would not go to waste. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and I am definitely going back for any future photo printing needs. read more

Every time I come here, I am greeted by friendly customer service, no wait times, and I get the stuff done easily!

I needed labels printed for shower invitations by the end of the long weekend with no clue whether this could be done in any cost effective manner. We went in 3 hours before closing on Saturday and Kim said if I mailed the addresses by 6 in the evening (note this was 2 hours after closing), she would review the file, start working on Monday morning (closed Sunday-Monday was President's Day so no mail) and without a rush fee, do it for me. She matched the font I wanted and emailed me the proof sheets for approval for 80 labels, no spelling errors whatsoever on her part. However I found 4 mistakes of my own so I called her, she made the edits and supplied the beautiful labels all ready for mailing tomorrow. No rush fees and far less aggravating and expensive than had we messed with it ourselves. Thank you! read more

Was in desperate need for help on making a booklet for lash training! Long story short.. Fed Ex was NO HELP at all.. they seemed not to care about helping me in the short amount of time I had and kind of rushed me out the door. I called Post N Print and was greeted by Kim! Immediately she started making suggestions and giving tips for my booklet! I knew right away I needed to come in to further discuss in person! We had to get passport photos done for my kids, one of which isn't vaccinated yet. I called first and they were very helpful and friendly. They said that employees wear masks, but not all customers as it wasn't required at that point. When we got there no other customers were there so I felt ok with my daughter removing her mask for the photo. The person helping us made sure to get the photos lined up correctly and even retook one to make sure it was right. It didn't take long and I would go back again. read more

And as I waited in line, I was told that I would be helped shortly which contributed to the care I felt as a customer here. It was my first time shipping internationally. And my documents were very important and sensitive. They were knowledgeable about what and how to ship them and gave me recommendations. The 2 at the front desk were so helpful and friendly! I entered maybe 15 minutes before closing time and they were kind enough to help me through my process even though it was after their closing time! After UPS came to pick it, they loss my package. UPS got my package a week later to destination (international) After I call UPS, they try to blame the little store. Terrible experience. I took photos there to be copied. Some were 8 x 10 and some others were snapshot sizes or a little larger. When I picked up the order they gave me two clear folders/sleeves. One folder had all the originals and the other had the copies. I was in a hurry and did not check the order but did think that it felt light. When I examined the contents the next day I saw that none of the snapshot sizes had been copied. I called Post N Print and told by a male employee that the copies were missing. He said to bring the photos back and they would copy. I did that. While driving back home I got a call from Kim who I believe is the manager telling me I would have to pay to have recopied. She offered to do at 50% reduction. My response was I should not have to pay anything for something I had not received. She implied that I had lost the photos and they were doing me a favor. No, I did not lose the photos and contrary to what she said I only rec'd 2 folders back and not 3. While in a hurry I clearly recall only receiving 2 packets and not 3 as she claimed. All this hassle for under $10. She said, "We are not a charity." Very insulting. Again implying that I was either careless and had lost the photos or was trying to get something for nothing. Yes, I should have checked the order while at the store so if you go there I suggest you do so. I will not be going back. read more
