Always seems to be an issue here. With either the employees or their system. They will not take all returns at this location for Amazon. So I would find a different location. Very bad experience. Wouldn't let me mail a package because my Drivers License address didn't match my home address. Which under AZ law you are not required to get a new license bluish change it online which has been done. Employee was very rude about it and wouldn't let me send my package. They wanted me to pay for a single large box to return 2 solar panels I purchased and later wanted to return. These were shipped to me in 2 separate boxes from amazon. I didn't ask what that price would be because i knew that would be expensive and this is supposed to be free returns through amazon. They said they could tape them together for $15. For a little packing tape? Are you kidding? I bought a roll from their wall for $6, taped it myself. Thieves, or maybe they use gold packing tape. Won't use them again. read more

I use this office almost exclusively. It is a busy office, but they do a good job of handling the load. They are polite and efficient, especially on returns. Parking leaves much to be desired, but not a thing they can do about it as it is in a small strip mall off a busy road. read more

Ok, has the USP Store changed their shipping policies? I went to this location today to mail off two packages. Both were weighted on their small counter style metal scale & the sales associate told me that one of them was to heavy to send standard mail. It was a small white Priority Mail envelope ( filled with soft babies items) so I said: "okay""? : thinking they would possibly send it Priority Mail then since it was a US Post Office Priority Envelope? Nope! This employee said it was again to heavy & I said I've never had an issue at any UPS Store sending out any type of package ? Another employee then came up behind him & said "Well, we can't take the US Postal Packages, you'll have to mail that from the Local Post Office". That is two different statements & super confusing!! My package to return to Amazon that I brought to this UPS was never sent out. I called and spoke to someone and gave the tracking number. They said I didn't have a receipt so they couldn't help me. So end result is they never sent it and I didn't get my return. Makes me wonder what they are doing with Amazon returns. Get your receipt if you end up at this place. read more

I SHOULD NOT GIVE THEM ANY STAR( I need to provide so I can post it this review). TERRIBLE SHIPPING STORE TO GO! (NOT THE UPS). I have a package that I need to a specific date so that's why I went to a UPS store. I've asked what is the fastest delivery and the guy told me you can ship it next day so what I did rather next day I choose 2 days shipping. So I'm confident that my package will there Friday(went there Wed). So I tried to track the package to UPS tracking system on Friday and can't find it. So I called the store and asked what happen to the package ... then they told me it was shipped through USPS and the expected to deliver by Monday. I told them about what I want specifically about the package that's why I go to UPS if I knew that they will ship it to USPS I should go close to my place and shipped there .....then they told me that they can't do anything ...I was so frustrated to them ...they want to give the money back but that's not the point. The package needs to be there on the SPECIFIC DATE co'z there's a reason. .oh! by the way my receipt indicated expected delivery is Friday... Mike at UPS is AMAZING. He printed out my wedding invitations in one day after allowing me to revise how I wanted them many times , worked with my budget and was so understanding with my time frame of getting my invitations made . This man is a blessing and I am so glad I didn't have to spend Hundreds of dollars on online invitations when he did the exact same thing for much less! I wish I had read the recent reviews on this location (which aren't good) prior to choosing it to have an item shipped here for pickup. I'd ordered a Christmas gift from a retailer and, in order to lessen the likelihood that my wife would discover the gift before she was supposed to, I had the package delivered to this UPS Store #4380 so that I could come and pick it up myself. Well, I got confirmation from the retailer that the item had been delivered and about 3 hours later, I arrived at the UPS Store, ID in hand (along with confirmation number), ready to retrieve my package. I was heading to a meeting so I didn't have a ton of time, but I also realized that this is the holiday season so I was expecting some sort of wait. When I arrived, the line was out the door and I waited in line for 20-25 minutes to get to the counter, only to be told that they couldn't find my package. When I told the clerk behind the counter that I had received proof that it was delivered, she stated that the proof needed to come from THEM and not from the retailer. She then proceeded to tell me that they were busy and she "didn't have time to look for your package right now" and that I could come back later. When I asked her again why I would have confirmation that it was delivered, she said it was probably in a pile and that she, again, wasn't going to be able to look for it "unless I came behind the counter and helped her." (the NERVE.....) I was taken aback, briefly and then calmly said, "sure, I'll come back there." Needless to say, she declined. By this time, another worker overheard us talking and he offered to look for the package. It took him about 30 seconds to find it, which irritated me even more that SHE wouldn't even take the time to try to find it.... Yes, I realize this is the holidays, but jeez, there is no reason that it should be acceptable to take your frustrations out on your customers, or speak to them so rudely. I would definitely recommend some customer service training for your team....it might help the recent trend of subpar ratings you've been receiving. read more

NIGHTMARE of an experience!! Shipped from here & they LOST my package worth $$$$1,550.00 USD!! HORRIBLE Staff!! No customer service skill at all. I would rate them a low score of -F. and give them ZERO stars if it were possible on yelp. They ALL have terrible attitudes and treatment towards their customers. They will be on their cell phones and flat out ignore you if you walk in. They'll pretend that they did not see you. All the employees at this location hate their job!! I have personally overheard several cell phone conversations of them saying how much they hate their job there while they've been on their cell phones to whomever they are speaking to on the other end. I just started shipping from this site a few weeks ago and besides being extremely RUDE they are absolutely unprofessional toward their customers & incompetent! They LOST a very important package I shipped from that location going to Chicago. The tracking # they provided me did not show up on the online UPS system!!! I asked the employee working at that time to please have the manager look into this and call me. No one ever called me back to discuss their error.!! They lost a very valuable item that I had shipped to a family member in Chicago. They charged me a tremendous amount of money to ship and to insure the item. However, since the tracking # did not show up they did not admit their error and told me they could do nothing about it!! HORRIBLE!!!!! They were the ones that shipped it for me and gave me a tracking # that did not show up on the www.UPS.com system!!!! !!!!!!!!THEY HAVE DEFRAUDED ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone reading this "YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Ship at your own risk!! Their boxing/packaging is a little expensive, but everyhting else was good.

I needed a 500 page print job of 60 files completed within one hour, and this store was able to complete the job perfectly and immediately. They were also able to work with me via Dropbox. Highly recommend for print jobs! read more

I called here simply because the UPS system I needed to use was down. I was trying to locate a package that was very time sensitive. Upon calling here looking simply for help, two separate ladies spoke to me on the phone. The first was extremely kind in trying to help with what I needed. The second who was some type of manager was beyond rude. She asked me to explain what I needed. So I began doing so, she continually began talking over me saying "no you listen to me". "Maybe if you stopped talking" After asking me to explain? After I barely have told you what's going on. "Well that's not my responsibility or job". I asked just for the number to get me talking to who I needed to because obviously I wasn't. She hung up. So unprofessional and disgusting to treat someone the way she spoke to me. You should never talk to someone on your professional work line that way regardless of if you're supposed to be helping them or if it's your responsibility or not. I went in on Monday to have an item packed and shipped. I gave them A108 as the unit number. They entered it as 108. I explained that it needed to be A108 but it was obviously not changed. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I called last night and left a message. I called back again this morning and spoke to someone. They then had someone else call me back to tell me that they had changed it and my package would be delivered tomorrow. I called him and asked if I could go pick my package up so it could get there on time. He gave me the address and rushed to get me off the phone. No customer service at all. I called the UPS distribution center and was told that he changed it to A018. I paid over $30 to have this sent and delivered on time. Will not go there again. read more

So tonight I found out your company lost a package I shipped to my best friend... now normally I'm not one to complain or go to social media to express my frustrations, but this particular package is priceless.. this package holds flowers from my best friends sister's funeral.. the only flowers we kept. A month ago we laid her sister to rest after an unexpected death. My best friend and her family traveled from Utah to Arizona to lay their loved one to rest and did not have the room to bring the flowers from the funeral back. So I decided to keep the flowers and press them. I put them in frames with pictures of Lauren. I had total faith in ups to deliver the package safely. I even explained to the cashier at the ups store how important this was and to make sure she put fragile stickers on the package. She assured me that she would and the package was in safe hands.. little did I know they would lose the most precious and priceless package.. I called ups tonight to find out what was going on.. the representative confirmed my worst fears.. the package has been lost and they will have to open an investigation which could take 1-8 business days... seeing how Christmas is a few days away and a package I sent a week and half ago is now "lost" and going through an investigation. I now have to let my best friend and her parents know that they won't be receiving their package for Christmas and possibly won't be getting it at all. I'm frustrated, angry, and devastated. Needless to say I will never use ups again and I'll make sure to share my story with everyone I know. If I could rate a zero I would. read more
