Kevin made sure I had all the proper paperwork for my shipment and told me I was potentially missing a proper label. He said he'd give me a call to let me know if the driver couldn't take the package with the label I provided. He even said he could pack everything up for me and make sure proper documents were inside the package as well as visible on the outside. Kevin followed up with me later in the day to confirm that the package got sent out without issue. I just feel like this customer service was above and beyond and I'm very appreciative. Today while positioning my chair to force there door open I got stuck between one door slamming shut on me and oops the other door wedge me solid so I could not be freed I was stuck there until passerby came to my rescue and when I went to leave I was afraid to go out there door.
