I stopped in to drop off a package for shipping and to have a document notarized. Sean was very helpful and gave me several shipping options and explained each of them thoroughly. I accidentally prematurely signed the document that needed to be notarized. Sean helped to correct the document and then reprinted it for me so that it could be notarized properly. Terrible location. Worth driving another 4 minutes to the next store. Customers service is beyond poor. I was waiting in line and the three employees refused to acknowledge any customers. The main guy then proceeded to call the kid infront of me stupid for not knowing how to use the kiosk. I had enough and let them know their customer service was an embarrassment to the UPS brand. Honestly I'm really surprised at all the negative reviews. I've come to this location for years and 99% of my visits are for either dropping off packages or returns. Sean and his staff has never given any indication of not wanting to help me. Many of the negative reviews seem to stem from people not getting the type of service they think they are entitled to because they didn't follow directions. I have been going to this store for several years now and always appreciated their attention to service and detail. Recently, I filed a LIVE SCAN application and used their CA Live Scan service. I was impressed. I was given an appointment time and the owner personally walked me through all the steps. The application was accurate and complete thanks to their attention to detail. Sean was extremely rude and refused to help with Amazon return at counter, told me to read the sign and I would have to wait in the long line and self help with Amazon return. DISAPPOINTED! I had a return and it was boxed already but they hesitated to tape it for me (which I used to do before with my returns) and charged me $5 for a tape. I don't think this is a right way to make money and I was so disappointed. read more

Came into the UPS store with an Amazon return and was told not come back anymore through December because they want to focus on shipping, not Amazon returns. Will be complaining to corporate about this store as well. Amazon should not be doing business with them. Part 2. Now the owner is defaming me and saying I used crude and profane language in the store which is entirely false. We have a community page in Foothill Ranch and someone posted about this owner and the same issues I have had, he has also had. Dozens of people responded that they have had issues with this store as well. I will screenshot all of the complains and send along to corporate. I frequent this location quite often. Mostly for Amazon returns and sometimes shipment of other items. During peak hours, it does get pretty busy but that's just part of any business. I see a lot of customers get frustrated because their Amazon returns requires they pack it themselves or print their own shipping label. As a frequent returner, this is made thru Amazon when you choose to make a return. It is not the store who made the choices for you. If you go in expecting them to provide it all for you, then you'll be charged accordingly. Don't be disgruntled because you didn't read the directions properly. The rest of us in line are annoyed at YOU (not the store) for not being prepared and then making a scene out of it. The anger I have seen customers place on the workers just tells me the type of people out there in the world. They're just doing their job. Goodness gracious. For those of you who didn't read your directions properly and come on Yelp to complain and threaten to not return to the store, we thank you. The workers don't deserve that sort of abuse and the other customers don't want to hear your complaints when you're clearly the one in the wrong. read more

I visit this UPS store regularly for my frequent Amazon returns. They make it so easy to drop off packages, and I'm always amazed at their efficiency. Even when there's a long line of people, the staff works quickly, and the line moves fast. One day, I visited a little early before business hours, but Sean was kind enough to open the door for me. I've gone to this business at least 4 times over the past month. Each time there is a middle age man who either yells at me to "well? Put the package down! Not there!" Seriously, I say hi and smile every time I go in the store. I never complain when I have to wait. He never looks at me, always head down and rude comments. ("What?! No receipt?! Here!! " and in a patronizing tone "see what it says here? Label needed...didn't you read it?") The store is full of customers who are shocked on his rudeness to me. I'm finding a new UPS store. Ps: Newly hired counter staff are very nice but don't seem to stay long. They are always hiring. The guy who seems to be the owner seems to hate Amazon returns and most people. read more
