The staff went out of their way to get my paperwork notarized. They stood open after hours. Definitely coming back here.

Worst customer service. The attitude of the owner is reflected in the workers. I've given them a few chances but this place just plain sucks. I'll do my best to never come back. read more

Elia Samuel and Sean were very helpful and even watched and played with my child while Sean helped me out with a Livescan. Awesome employees they can even start their own babysitting business at this UPS store . They interacted great with my child. read more

The older guy in the front is super rude for not reason he didn't want to help me on a return he keep sending me to self service kiosk

Incredibly unhelpful, disorganized, and cannot help with a simple return. Go to another UPS if you need to make returns. Staff was rude and dismissive to customers and manager is overworked and doesn't have a supportive staff. read more

Came here to get a document notarized Sean was amazing!! Very helpful, and made my day he is funny , respectful, and knowledgeable, highly recommend this as THE UPS Store to go to!!!!!!!!!l read more

The store was quite busy during my visit, yet both employees remained warm, attentive, and patient with every client. I came in for notary services, and Sean and Melika were efficient and genuinely helpful. They even took turns, whenever a moment allowed, to briefly engage my very active child so I could focus on completing the paperwork and signing. I truly value their care and professionalism. read more

Just wow, I'm appalled that anyone runs a business this way. The manager here gives the rudest, angriest "service" I've ever experienced. I say this as someone who is generally fine without friendly customer service. My bar is pretty low, I just want to get the thing I'm there for, any pleasantries are just a lovely bonus. But never in my life have I been berated for needing the service that the business is supposed to provide (or berated at all as an adult), until coming to this particular store. This isn't just once. I could understand someone having a bad day. This man has been having a bad day every time I've come by to drop off a package over the last 5 years. Maybe he just hates me, maybe he hates other people who don't do everything perfectly or know exactly how everything should be processed on their own. Maybe he just needs people to yell at. Maybe he needs therapy. Masochists may enjoy this experience. I will be staying away from this negative energy. *EDIT: Owner's response to this review is laughably inaccurate, starting with the first sentence. As to not continue engaging in negativity I'll just leave it at that. There's a reason why the other negative reviews all echo a very similar experience. read more

Had my Live scan service done here, Sean was very helpful and nice. Better price than many places in the area

Sean was amazing and helped my daughter with her livescan. I highly recommend you come here if you need it done.

Sean is spectacular. I don't think you could find a UPS store in with a better manager than this one. From now on, I'll be driving 40 minutes down to this spot just to drop off my packages. read more

I've been going to this UPS Store for some time now and it has always been a very pleasant postal experience until recently I've seen a shift in what appears to be customers understanding of this specific business. Based on what I've witnessed with some of the customers expectations of the employees; somewhere it has been forgotten or misunderstood that these stores provide essential business services like packing, shipping (UPS, USPS, freight), mailbox rentals, notary, printing, and shredding, acting as a local one-stop shop for small businesses and individuals needing convenient, specialized support beyond standard package delivery,. The operative phrase is "one-stop shop"; meaning they are not in the business of giving office supplies to customers like boxes and tape but providing office supplies for purchase. Many of the customers appear to be frustrated and upset because the employees will not "give" them tape or a box for their packaging; I know this because it happened to me. I didn't take it personal because I understood that they would not make any money providing me with tape to send back my Amazon back that they do not make any money on. It's really sad because the light heartedness and sense of humor of Sean and his team has now been replaced with trying to explain to people how to use Amazon and why they are unable to provide supplies from an office/business supply company. I guess ultimately customers either understand the purpose of the company or they might have to find somewhere that better suit their needs; ultimately Sean and his team do their best to provide consistent and reliable service in this specific UPS Store that is open 7 days a week with decent hours. If you know Sean; you know that he is a funny guy and tries to greet each customer with a personal greeting that might not always come across that way but trust me he really does care about the customers and any way he can be of a help. This is just my observations and opinions from someone who has had a postal box for a little while now and receive and return packages on a regular basis. read more

Thanks to Amazon, most of us find ourselves at the UPS Store more often than we'd like -- so having a well-run location nearby really makes a difference! Today I stopped by this UPS Store about 20 minutes before opening, not realizing they weren't open yet. Sean, the owner, kindly let me in and helped me with my return even though he was busy getting the store set up for the day. That level of customer service is rare these days and truly appreciated. Sean runs a great store -- efficient, friendly, and customer-focused. This experience made my morning and reminded me why I always choose this location for all my shipping and returns. Highly recommend! read more

Samuel was so good. Patient and helpful. A breath of fresh air. Excellent help and took very good care of my package for shipping.

I had a very good experience at this UPS location. I was in rush getting some documents notarized. The owner Sean went above and beyond, volunteering to offer help on his time-off. Really appreciate! I will definitely keep this as my go-to store for UPS service. read more

The two boys that work here are the rudest people I know. I'm sorry if your Amazon scanner is new and I didn't see it upon walking in. If a simple question is asked, you don't have to respond in such a rude manner. This attitude is not a "one off". Every time I've ever come into this store these two guys have been nothing but rude. If you hate your job, then try to find a new one. You don't need to spread negative energy. read more

I've done multiple Live Scan fingerprinting appointments at this UPS Store, and every experience has been excellent. Sean, the owner, is fantastic--professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He made the process smooth, quick, and stress-free each time, which is especially appreciated when dealing with important paperwork. You can tell he really cares about his customers read more

Poor service compared to other UPS stores. They won't help you if your item has a prepaid label or QR code type return. Even with no line at their service desk, they make you go do their self service which requires you to package and print your return label. There's only 1 self service kiosk so the line builds up fast. Other UPS stores give you the option to self service or have them help you scan your return at the desk. Not only that, but they are not very friendly at all. I didn't know that they required me to use self service. I was the only one in line and after waiting about 7 min and my turn to go up, he told me to go read the sign and use self-service even though he wasn't helping anyone and could have easily scanned my packages. When I asked him where to put my packages after scanning, he acts as I'm inconveniencing him and that I should know already. The whole store's a mess and there's no sense of organization so NO it wasn't clear to me where I was supposed to put my packages. read more

Unbelievably horrible customer service! Do NOT come here! Brought two Amazon returns. Both had labels already printed out. First the sales rep whose name starts with a Y and ends w an E lectured me about how I had to have a pouch for the label. They do not provide them. What average customer has shipping pouches at home ready to ship back Amazon returns? So I said that's fine and went to take the label back from her to take it to another UPS and she accused me of assault lol! I asked to speak to the manager, who was even worse! He also would not provide me with a pouch and was extremely rude and condescending pointing to the Amazon returns guidelines they have taped on the wall (which apply to them as a shipper, not to me as a customer). Another customer there told me they have a reputation for being the worst store in the neighborhood and that nobody likes to go there including her. She mentioned everyone knows this owner is the worst. They get paid by Amazon to accept returns. I pulled up their Yelp page and told them a might leave a bad review to which he replied "if you threaten me I have you on video assaulting my store clerk and I will post the video". I hope they do, I'd love to sue them. read more

Came to this store and was instantly greeted with polite employees instantly feeling welcomed. Live scan process that I needed was taken care of perfectly with no hesitation. Highly recommend this place for any package necessities or live scan service needed! read more

Worst business I've ever been into. The owner thinks he's a stand up comedian and takes forever and then he thinks he's the soup nazi from a Seinfeld episode. Sean is rude and arrogant. We waited for 30 mins with just two people ahead of us, then he kept making jokes and taking so long to do our transaction. I told him we have a Special Needs daughter at home and a nurse that leaves at 6pm and it was 5:55pm. He became rude and belligerante and told me to leave if I didn't like it. I told him he has no compassion and I told him politely that we were pressed again and why and he said he didn't care. I called him a punk and he told me to leave. He kept yapping like a 12 yr old on and on and wouldn't stop. Too bad it's a franchise because UPS shouldn't have owners like this. UPS has lost my business. He almost made my wife cry, boycott this jerk. He deserves ZERO stars read more

The man is so completely rude, all I did was ask for help yesterday he said I needed a box so I went and got my box back and now I'm scanning my item and again he's lecturing me and I said yesterday I asked you for help and you said I needed a box so I went and got my box now please let me just do my return and he's still standing there lecturing me and telling me I can't come back yet. I've done nothing wrong but try and return a box if I were a man, he would have not lectured me the way he had done this many times he is completely rude and out of line. read more

Best UPS store around! The guys are always helpful and fun, and take great care of their customers.

Came in to return a package. Girl behind the counter refused to help me. Told me to do it myself at the kiosk. I asked if she could show me how. Nope. They refuse to give you any assistance. Horrid customer service at this location. I do my returns all the time at the RSM and Lake Forest locations and I have never had an employee refuse to assist me. Poor training and management here, clearly. As someone with 25 years of customer service experience myself, I can say, this location is missing the mark by far. read more

Sean the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable in getting my Live Scan done. A wonderful service oriented store to visit.

Always excellent service, helping every customer with a smile and a very friendly attitude.

Such great service - and with a smile. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I came in at 5:01 pm with label not printed, no packing tape, and all at 5:01 pm. They helped me right away despite the long line and my package went on the UPS truck that night. read more

I would give this store negative if I can. This location is the most unpleasant store I've experienced. There were two employees at the store, an older man and a girl on her phone, while people waited in line. The older man is very unprofessional; he intrudes on your privacy during every visit and seems to think he knows more than anyone else who comes in. Today, he asked which store my item was going to. Why does that matter, and why does he need to know? He also had me read aloud what the kiosk said. Was that necessary? The kiosk clearly stated that the item had to be scanned by someone. All he needed to do was scan the item. I felt very uncomfortable, and when I expressed my concern, he told me to calm down. He seems to be on a power trip over a simple task that should take five minutes or less. But with him, it always turns into a lengthy battle. This isn't the first time, but it is definitely my last visit to this unprofessional store. read more

Great local store that helped me pretty much with all my passport needs like notary service, passport photos, shipping, printing.

I've had a P.O. Box at this UPS Store for a while now and it's easily the best experience I've had with any shipping or mail service--hands down. I'm in here all the time and the entire staff is consistently friendly, professional, and efficient. Sean in particular is a rockstar. No matter how busy it gets (and it definitely does), he handles everything with a calm, positive attitude and makes sure things run smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does. If you're looking for a reliable spot for shipping, printing, or mailbox services--this is the place. Can't recommend it enough. Huge thanks to Sean and the rest of the awesome team! read more

This is my regular UPS store for shipping, Amazon returns and live scan. The owner is very nice and the employees are knowledgeable.

Service here is quick and nice , quality and value! Easy place to ship and drop off returns. Parking can be a pain but worth the quick service inside read more

Service is abysmal at this location. This UPS store is understaffed and the manager is rude, condescending and refuses to assist individuals with Amazon returns even though the store is a contracted Amazon return location. I recently visited this store to ship a package via UPS. Although no one was in line ahead of me, I was made to wait over 5 minutes at the front counter. The manager saw me waiting, yet he was too busy to even acknowledge my presence.. I ended up walking out of the store and going to another UPS store to get my shipping needs taken care of. read more
