I have a UPS shipping label and they would not print it for me. I know these stores have started charging for the print - not sure why for their own labels for which shipping charge s are all levied. But here the issue is not about paying for printing I was ok to but they want me to pay for using the kiosk and internet and then pay for the printing service too. Seems quite ridiculous. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Granted, all I really do here is drop off packages. A hint, if you are sending a package (not a prepaid label) just use standard shipping and avoid the up charge on "expedited". It's will get there in a few days...always faster than they say. read more

I came in to drop off amazon returns and mail off some posters and there was literally a line to the door and 1 person working the counter. After about half the line finished, another worker finally came up to help. Their packaging supplies they sell are limited and they didn't even have mailing tubes or anything close enough to mail a poster out. The closest thing they had was going to cost me $25 with next day shipping & I didn't need next day shipping nor was I going to pay $75 to mail out 3 items. I had waited my place in line and when I asked about options, I was asked to step to the side like they couldn't take the time to help me and I was supposed to just wait there for longer so I told her I just wanted to know what the cheapest shipping price would be and it was still the same as next day. Doesn't make any sense so I drove up one light to the regular post office who is fully stocked on supplies, has no line and a lot cheaper. read more

I've gone to this location many times. The majority of the time is to return a prepaid item. Since I'm usually in a hurry I sometimes forget to tape my box or even print out my return label. They have always provided a couple "free" strips of tape and they are nice enough there to let me use their customer computer to print my label. Yes there is a small fee for the computer, but I would much rather pay the fee than the inconvenience of going all the way back to work or home to print out my own label. I have also used this location for packaging and have never had any issues. When possible I try to support my local small business community and understand that the services provided are in fact "services" and should not be free. FedEx charges you to use their computer as well. read more

I've been here multiple times for printing and the system has been down or a print job not completed properly and there was "nothing they could do". Today I was so frustrated that it wasn't working and I wasted an almost an hour of my time. I went to the ups on MacArthur and they were able to complete the project from start to finish in 10 minutes...I'll stick with the MacArthur location from now on. Edit: went to this location again today because of convenience, and was so impressed with the service.
