Basically Eric said I could get a discount for the second one to be printed again and that the project was supposed to be inspected before leaving the store. I ALREADY PAID FOR IT THE FIRST TIME!!! And the project was rolled up and wrapped with their fed ex sticker! I assumed both posters were in the bag!! I am so angry for their service! I refuse to pay again or use their service again!!

The owner then began scanning them and yelled at me that I put the labels on "wrong". When I turned the box toward him and instructed him on how to use the scanner, they scanned fine. He became angrier at this and the situation was actually frightening. He would not provide the shipping confirmation receipt and raised his voice at me in front of my child at least 3 times. I have contacted corporate and other 800 numbers for Postal Annex with no response. Highly recommend you avoid this location.

I noticed that the owner , Kim, is available to help customers, when needed. I see a great improvement here in the helping attitude of employees and I do appreciate that! Willingness to help is so important to me when I enter any business, do I have been happily bringing my FEDEX to this convenient location. When I arrived, the clerk asked if I minded her helping the people behind me first. I did mind--but I stepped aside anyway. When it was finally my turn, I presented my documents. She dismissed my valid ID (out of state, we just moved, I had the usps forwarding official documents as one of the verification docs), despite my having four additional forms of identification. I asked the manager to come assist and speak with me directly. She refused. This was hands-down the worst service I've experienced: slow, dismissive, and unprofessional.
