Original review: ----------------------- Staff is always friendly. But they don't always know what they're doing. I asked the cost to mail a simple letter to Japan and they said $240! I said I didn't need to send it the fastest way, they said that doesn't change the price. I said that can't possibly be right, they insisted it was. Notably, they didn't give different prices for different tiers of service, just a single price and they said that was it. I went home and looked it up, and of course staff had quoted only the highest tier service (Express), which is about twice the price of a lower tier (Expedited). (Also, FYI, if you buy on the website it's as cheap as $90, and buying the UPS label through Parcel Monkey it's only $43.) ---------------- UPDATE: Reducing to 1 star based on the idiotic reply by the owner. He wrote as though I was complaining about the pricing, COMPLETELY MISSING THE POINT, meaning he either couldn't be troubled to actually read my review rather than skimming it, or was just too stupid to understand it. To spell it out to the owner: (1) The complaint was not that prices are high. (2) The complaint is that staff gave WRONG pricing. They priced for the MOST EXPENSIVE option, AND they said that was the ONLY option. (That's how I was able to buy a UPS label elsewhere for much cheaper.) There are reasons this location has a pathetic 2.9-star rating. If management wasn't clueless they'd focus on fixing the problems rather than making excuses.

    I had a FedEx package that arrived sooner than expected. When I wasn't home to sign for it, they…read moresent it here. I went to several different Fedex locations to obtain this information but they all agreed that the package had been dropped off here and signed for at this location. When I came in the next day to retrieve it, I was greeted by a nice but shy younger female employee who could not locate my package. When I asked her to double-check and look again, her manager came over and yelled at me. This woman was combative, rude, and arrogant. She explained to me that FedEx drivers and staff were idiots and that they had messed up, not her. She said they make mistakes all the time and that it wasn't on her to fix it for me. She also refused to look again for my package and then told me, her staff doesn't make mistakes. Ever. She literally said her staff doesn't ever make any errors so they couldn't possibly have misplaced the package and didn't need to look again to appease me. I will never go to this business again for anything. It's not the right way to treat customers, who are frustrated already that they have missing mail. She did nothing to improve the situation. We never did find that package and the whole thing had to be refunded and reshipped, which took weeks because she could not be bothered to just check for me one extra time to help.

    profoundly bad in service, customer service, client management, and I would assume product, though…read moredespite attempting for three weeks to have something printed I am not able to comment on the final product as I never received it In response to the owner: Your job was unfortunately below our minimum and we had made an exception to try to help you out (even though it was not beneficial to our company). -- You quoted me the price you thought was fair. I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.
