Notably, they didn't give different prices for different tiers of service, just a single price and they said that was it. I went home and looked it up, and of course staff had quoted only the highest tier service (Express), which is about twice the price of a lower tier (Expedited). (Also, FYI, if you buy on the website it's as cheap as $90, and buying the UPS label through Parcel Monkey it's only $43.) ---------------- UPDATE: Reducing to 1 star based on the idiotic reply by the owner.
