I called to duplicate and order a previously made order in August. I was told it would not be a…read moreproblem, they closed at 8 pm, (as I needed them for a job the very next morning and realized I'd run out). The girl in Print was very nice and said they were out of business card stock (I was ordering business cards). I said I would take plain paper since it was a rush. She said be there before 8, (closing time). I called back asking if I could pay over the phone Incase I wasn't the one picking them up. (I am hosting a large event and a lot of moving parts). She then said no, unfortunately they do not take CC over the phone and repeated they closed at 8, and I needed to pay prior to get my order tonight. I leave dinner with my Corporate Bosses in town to make sure I do not keep the employees late... I get to OD at 7:15 and am told "oh sorry, we close at 8 and cannot do your prints. We still have to clean up." But I'm FORTY FIVE minutes early. Her response is "well we have to still clean up." Ok, but maybe one of my multiple phone calls, you could have said you shut your machines down early. You have inconvenient me now, while I was changing my night to convenience you and your employee by being 45 minutes early! I am very disappointed in the customer service and unfortunately will not let my company utilize this Office Depot in the future. I have never had this type of customer service before from Office Depot. To top it off... she called at nearly 8 pm asking if I would be placing an order online to pick up tomorrow. No! For regular paper, I will print them on my own for free, thank you! Just close at 715 if you are not willing to accommodate a few sheets of paper 45 minutes before you close!

I brought in my Dell Laptop to get its screen replaced, they get sent the wrong part. i waited and…read morethen they get sent the wrong part again.(2 weeks) i need my computer for school so i had to pick it up. when i got it it had 2 screws holding the bottom half of the laptop on. so i ask the guy where are all the other screws? he says , They weren't missing before? proceeds to put them back in, but the screen is still peeling away from the computer. not to mention missing camera shutter. he also gave me back the wrong charger for my computer. Not sure why, but my computer only works on the charger now. it worked perfectly fine before, it only had a cracked screen. Dont come here if you value your technology and the way its put together. Completely Unprofessional.
