This store has been closed at least 2 days for unknown reasons. We could use another store in the area, and with better hours, open later at night. There are many people that work day shift in this area, and it is hard to get time off to ship an item during the day, later hours are necessary, and definitely longer on Saturdays!!1 read more

Their driver always delivery our packages in the Morning. We are not home. We work and get off in the afternoon.

I dropped off an item on 1/6/21 to be returned to Amazon. As of today, 1/13/21, the package still hasn't left their store. I have tried calling at least 20 times today and no one will answer their phone. They need to ship my package or pay me the money I was supposed to get back for my item that I was trying to get a refund on. Horrible experience! read more

I'm usually like doing business with this location but after the way they treated my wife on 12-14-19 I will no longer use them and would suggest no one else does either.My wife arrives at the store at 1:50 pm at the store in Lake Jackson Tx to find the doors locked and 2 ladies shouting at her that they are closed and then the young man that works there gets in my wife's face and screams at her that they are closed causing her to drop her packages and then having to pick them up and leave.If this is the kind of customer service you get then I choose to use someone else.Nobody else's family member should have to be put threw this either. Due to the horrible Customer Service I would receive at our local Angleton hub I pre-judged this location. There is a vast difference in the quality of service you receive here. The staff always greets me with a smile and have been that way since my very first visit. Now when I walk through the door I'm greeted by name and most times my box is retrieved before I reach the desk. I recommend the Lake Jackson UPS store to all. read more

Now (04/07/17) the manager closes the 'account' at 5:45 PM so she cannot take anymore packages even though the truck doesn't leave until 6:15. Understand she needs to leave early to start her weekend, but the store hours should be reposted. Expect random store closures (e.g. 03/18/17). read more

Nanci was very rude. I was shipping two separate packages. She told me one would be $14, the other one would be $18. I asked her what the difference was and she offered to change the price of the lower one to $18 if that would make me happy. When it came time to pay for the transaction it was over $75. I'm sorry, maybe I'm stupid but she never told me how much the shipping and handling was on top of just the price of the box. When she had to explain it to me she looked at me like I was the dumbest person on the planet. I don't need to be treated like that at any business establishment. She should have found a nicer way to explain what was included in the $75 other than to look at me like I was a guest at her house who just drug in dog shit on my shoe. Screw you Nanci. I hope Santa brings you a lump of coal. From now on I will take my packages to the post office. read more
