After changing out my thermostat, a short time later the ac/furnace wouldn't come on at all. The…read morethermostat would click on, but nothing would happen. Even the fan wouldn't come on. I checked the breakers but nothing was wrong there. My warranty company put me in contact with James from Express HVAC. He called me right away and listened as I described the issue. He told me it sounded like the small fuse on the mother board of the furnace had gone out. After giving me instructions on how to switch it out. I went up to my attic (where the furnace was) pulled off the panel, switched out the fuse and like that, I was back in business and everything was working beautifully. By addressing my problem and walking me through the steps on switching it out, James saved me a $45 service fee to have a service person come out and do what I did myself. Thanks James and the team at Express HVAC! I highly recommend them to anyone needing service with their HVAC system.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!! This company came to fix a garden tub faucet and did not know the name…read moreof the part I needed to order, so he could fix. I asked him to take a picture of the part, as it was under my bathroom cabinet and I could not see or access it. Man kept looking at his phone to check the time and complained about the time he had already spent assessing my tub and made angry gestures about helping get me a picture. I called his the owner, Jason, while Keith was still here and he siad he would try to figure out what the part was. I decided to order a whole new deck to cover any and all pieces. Jason said for me to get the piece and that he would have someone come back and fix it for no charge, as I had already paid one warranty fee. Said he would call me back the next morning to get me scheduled. Never heard fom him. Called him a couple days later and said he was on a demo job but may come by that afternoon but if not, then definitely on Monday (3 days later). Keith came back and said he could't repair because it was too much work and warranty denied my initial claim. Now all of a sudden there is a leak under my tub.. While he was here, his boss was on line. I asked him why in the world he can't fix and he told me he "I thought you needed a sink faucet repaired!!! WTH!!! I told them both they were not on my level and kicked Keith out the house!! Do not call these people. They do not carefully asess the issue. Instead, they want you to diagnose the problem and know your plumbing parts.

Said I could pay EXTRA for an after hours call even though I had an appointment for Friday. Argued and they finally sent someone out Friday evening, charged system and added dye. Dye check was scheduled for the next Friday, I had to call after the appointment window when they didn't show. Was told they could not make again. They rescheduled for the next Friday. The Monday after the dye check I requested an estimate to replace the system. That Wednesday I had to call when I did not hear anything. I finally got an estimate that afternoon, but it did not match my system. The next day I got a call from the estimator saying they sent the wrong estimate and I would receive a corrected one shortly. It has been 10 days and there has been NO communication from them.
