There was an additional fix they could have done and charged me for, but he said it was so simple he told us exactly how we could do it ourselves and save money. The rates are super reasonable, they will not take advantage you, prompt and respectful. I would recommend them and they will most definitely be my "go to" guys if we have other issues

I was charged $135 to have them come out for 10 minutes to tell me what I already knew (it will need to be replaced). Then it's a "flat rate" of $950 on top of that for 1 hour's worth of work to replace the heater. They were unable to tell me the model of the heater before it was installed so I could compare prices. And forget about tankless installs. No one there knows how to do that (a direct quote from the plumbers who came out). For anyone who needs to replace a hot water heater ASAP, go to Home Depot or Lowe's first and buy it yourself. They go for $400-$500 and take about an hour to swap, probably less. So let's see...$500 for a heater plus 1 hour worth of labor at their price ($135 per hour) adds up to around $635. I would have been very happy to pay this amount as it is reasonable. Paying almost $1100 to have it swapped is totally absurd. Voicing my concern with several employees there was met with the typical apathetic response "well, that's just what it is". The owner claimed this charge was reasonable. Sure it's easy to gouge customers all day & claim it's reasonable when you're the one raking it in. Finally after the heater was installed, I had asked what happens to the old heater. I was told I could just leave it at the curb and it'll get picked up. So after the plumber packed up & left, I was stuck with my old heater sitting in my driveway. There was no offer to even help me get it to my curb. He was very busy that day and apparently couldn't be bothered to assist. Talk about kicking someone while they're down...thanks guys! Real professional and courteous! I learned a very valuable lesson from this experience, and I'll make sure my friends and neighbors know who not to call moving forward.

He actually came out and shut the water off for me. He had a crew at my house at 8:15 am. They put in a new line and shut off valve and did a great job. Got my deposit back quickly but it's not right to deposit a check before a job is actually started…read more I got an initial bad impression on the phone because I could hardly understand the person I was talking to and I could hear his kids screaming in the background. Yet, the guy who was sent to give us an estimate gave us the best impression, the total opposite of the impression on the phone, so we went along and provided the deposit. There was no agreement for them to buy parts nor do anything in particular, other than hold our spot for them to come back and start the job. At the end , we decided against the company and were very surprised to find out our check had already been cashed, when the repair had not even started. All they did was shut the water on that particular faucet to stop the leak until they could come back (and I would have been ok with paying for that, but my deposit was more than that was worth!). Nothing was said about a minimum for the visit. Yes, I did get my deposit back quickly, but the point is that I got a general bad impression from the get-go : One of lack of professionalism and clarity, on the phone. But the actual plumber who came, was great. Very knowledgeable, knew his craft.

Ric is amazing, not gonna lie I was worried at first as he didn't have any assistance when he was…read morehelping me but He was able to help me with replacing the water heater and getting everything up to code, especially the pipe line that goes outside the roof and the exhaust. Also make sure to help me with removing a pipe that was really rusted and was able to turn off the gas and get it checked out test it, so everything was good Although I would've liked more detail about how it was good outside just telling me that we got the greenlight that it's safe would've also been nice if I got a slight discount for assisting half the time ha ha but it's OK! overall his prices were good and he's honestly reliable and picks up the phone when he's not working or when his hands are messy definite going to be recommending and referring him out to all of my other places that may need it!! Hopefully he calls in to check on it or if it's OK I called him and check on it within a month or so just to make sure everything is working accordingly !
