Next day, sewer is backing up again. So I called back. Same thing, same result. They say they need a camera to find the problem. Cost $450 for camera, and $150 for each "clean out". After sending camera down, they tell me "underground pipe is broken, we need to dig and replace it". I agree and beg them to hurry, because I can't keep paying $150 for a "clean out". 3 weeks, many calls and a couple more "clean outs" later, I finally decide to find someone else. New guy came, cleaned it out the right way(3 inch blade for 4 inch pipe) and problem solved. 6 months later and still no more sewer in the house. Either Brazosport Plumbing is very incompetent, or their business strategy is to keep charging for "clean outs". Either way, avoid this company.

The rates are super reasonable, they will not take advantage you, prompt and respectful. I would recommend them and they will most definitely be my "go to" guys if we have other issues
