After we talked they were at my house within 30 minutes. Problem was fixed in about an hour. Very nice guys. They gave me tips on how to prevent the problem in the future. There was an additional fix they could have done and charged me for, but he said it was so simple he told us exactly how we could do it ourselves and save money. The rates are super reasonable, they will not take advantage you, prompt and respectful. I would recommend them and they will most definitely be my "go to" guys if we have other issues

Rick came out promptly, and repaired everything in three hours. Rick is fast, thorough, and very knowledgable; we learned he is also an instructor at a plumbing school - and he's a veteran.
