The paid him over half if the money with the understanding that they would give him the rest when he finished. Well he scammed them and never came back and finished. When I made a comment on hisbFB about it ,he went ballistic and blocked me. He has made kind of harassing comments and threats. He did eventually refund them a small portion of the money for the work he never came back to do but is relentlessly harassing them and threatening them now. There are pictures of the terrible job he did on their windows on Google reviews. He is also offering people discounts and free work if they give him good ratings. Just be careful of youbget him to do any jobs, especially if you are elderly.

That resulted the company sending me a private message. I responded to the private message telling them to stop messaging me. That resulted in the business repeatedly harassing me via messenger and each time I told them to stop, they became more and more rude and beligerent, even calling me me names and insulting me personally.
