This is the worst pool cleaning company I've ever come into contact with. Completely unprofessional…read moreand very unreliable. They lie about putting chemicals in customer pools then charge the customer for it. They claim to do a service on a customer's pool that they don't actually do in order to cut time to do more pools. They have on multiple occasions had bookings for which they don't show up to perform the service. If you use these clowns to service your pool you are doing yourself a complete disservice.

The most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. My husband and I called Aqua Classic pools…read moreand spas on 6/23/14 and spoke with the manager of the Lake Jackson store. We informed the manager that we wanted Lynn to come out and give us a bid on our swimming pool and also informed the rep that we would be getting other bids as well. We never got a call back. So we called back today 6/26 and I spoke with the Lake Jackson manager and asked why we haven't heard back from them. She said that she showed our info to Lynn and he said that he could not build us a pool because we were getting 9 other bids and he knew that those other companies would beat him out. I asked how he would know this and she said "because Aqua Classic Pools & Spas are the most expensive company in our area and because they do a very good job". She said that since their pools start off at $45,000 that she knew we would not be interested. I replied that $45,000 is not expensive whatsoever for a pool that we want and that she should not base doing pools for people off of that. Then she replied that they also have 6 pools on a waiting list and are currently doing 2 pools right. More excuses to justify why they never called us back. The final straw was saying to me "we also can't do a pool for you because we wouldn't be able to complete it soon". I told her that we didn't want to the pool built until March. If anyone would have called us or better yet, come out and met us (like the other companies have) all of this could have been avoided and I GUARANTEE you that Aqua Classis Pools and Spas would have definitely gotten business from us. We are about quality, not the price of a pool. Shame on this business. We will be leaving this review on EVERY website that allows reviews. Good day. Stay away from this company.

Admiral Pool Services has been a breath of fresh air. From the first call, they were incredibly…read moreprofessional, welcoming, and treated me with genuine care. Before beginning service, they took the time to honestly assess my pool equipment; they didn't try to sell me a single unnecessary product, but instead took the time to write up a clean, clear, and detailed proposal. I truly appreciate that they offer free quotes and, more importantly, they follow through on exactly what they promise. They communicate clearly, notify me in advance before a technician arrives, and put everything in writing so there is no confusion. Every week, they notify us in advance and provide a thorough report of their services, complete with before-and-after pictures. I want to give a special thank you to the technicians who have serviced my pool over the last three consecutive weeks. Each one of them has shown great knowledge, professionalism, and a true understanding of what they are doing. Their technicians are incredibly thorough, spending nearly an hour ensuring the pool is cleaned properly and treating it exactly as advertised. Most impressively, thanks to their expertise, my pool went from green to blue in less than two hours on day one! They offer reasonable and fair pricing, and they treated me and my pool with complete respect. It is rare to find a company that puts their professional ethics into action like this. I feel truly blessed to have found them, and their name perfectly represents their high standard of service. If you are looking for an honest, professional, and reliable pool company, look no further than Admiral! I am writing this review entirely of my own volition. I was not paid, asked, or incentivized by the company to share this; I am writing this simply out of heartfelt admiration for the high-quality professionalism they provide. I highly recommend anyone who is not happy with their current pool cleaning services to try out Admiral. It doesn't hurt to get a second opinion on what your pool really needs and feeling happier with the new choice. After being loyal to my previous company for many years only to feel taken advantage of, I am so glad I made the switch. I purposely waited until my 4th week of service to write this review so it reflects a true, long-term experience rather than just a 'honeymoon phase' feeling.
