However, when the temperature dropped down to 9 degrees, I definitely noticed that my heater wasn't working! I called Goodpaster and Mike came out the day I called. He stayed at my house doing the diagnostic til almost 6 that evening and he seemed genuinely sorry that he couldn't fix it for me immediately. It turns out my heater is different and he had to do research and call the company and different manufacturers just to figure out what he needed to do to fix it. He did a terrific job keeping in touch with me through the whole process. I never once wondered what was going on. Then when he came back to install the new parts, he even helped me label some circuits in my breaker box. Mike put up with all my questions, painstakingly explained what was going on and kept me informed the entire time. I'd definitely call Goodpaster again, but hopefully I won't have to too soon.
