I am looking for quotes for installing air vents and anything that may help with my upstairs, as we keep our doors closed all the time. I was told my system would be more efficient with return vents in the room. As I had never heard this before, I was getting quotes. As I was getting quotes, I was learning more as well as finding out how much each would charge. They were all about the same. United Home Service came and like all the others wanted to look in my attic. He was up there so long I went up to see what he was doing. I told him I was not having issues just trying to improve my efficiency. Well, Ron came up with all these other problems. I asked him why all the other companies never came up with this problem. And he said the work that was done was wrong. But after all these other companies my system worked. Now it doesn't. They will not address the issue and tell me to call my home warrenty service and pay to fix what they caused.
