Mike Marsh, the owner provided free estimate with no pressure to sign a contract. Mike was easy to communicate with and very responsive with excellent information. To save money, he told me to buy the toilet and garbage disposal myself. He would only charge installation fee. Jeremy, his bother was the master plumber that did the work. He arrived on time and kept me informed of his work progress and why he did what he did. He was also very cheerful and funny. The work was excellent and Jeremy made sure everything worked before closing the work order. My wife was impressed how well Jeremy cleaned up and sanitized the work area with Microban. Cost was very competitive. Definitely will be using 1st Choice in the future for plumbing problems.

They replaced the plastic piece that had broken with metal (copper, I believe). And brought out the better fixture that we requested. Unfortunately, what we wanted doesn't work in mobile homes. They have replaced the fixture with one that is acceptable for a very reasonable price especially considering the amount of time they put into the project. Thank EW Plumbing for helping us out. We appreciate you!

We stayed in touch over several months until I was ready to pull the trigger on my re-piping project. Once I decided to sign on, Omar connected me with Angel to lead my project. Angel and his team were very professional at all stages. He consistently asked about any questions or concerns I had and listened to all of them to provide solutions. This was a major project, so know that things may come up for the team and it will take at least 4-5 days for completion. My only feedback to the team would be that it became a little confusing for me having so many different teams cycling through and I found myself repeating a lot of the same info to each team. I also received calls from so many of the teams and different guys that it seemed like not all the teams were on the same page with communications regarding my project. Overall, I recommend We Do Repipes!

The amount of patience and understanding I was given surrounding payment was very gracious!
