He has serviced my a/c twice and both times has gone above and beyond. Tonight before he came to service the A/C, he suggested 3 things for me to trouble shoot, just in case it was an easy fix so I wouldn't waste money on a service call. Unfortunately, the troubleshooting on my part didn't work, so he came over after hours and got right to work. He is reasonably priced and didn't try to upsale me. I sent pictures of the install and had to call twice before I could get a response. Their project estimator asked me on what day he could some look. I told him on the next Friday (one week out). I also asked for a preliminary based on the information provided with the understanding that it would have to be finalized after the site visit. No one showed up, no one has contacted me...nothing. They obviously do not need a dedicated customer's business anymore and, sadly, I will be finding a more reliable company for my future business.

Horrible experience…read more First service appointment (Friday) they called at the end of the day and said they could not come out until Monday (temps in the high 90s). Said I could pay EXTRA for an after hours call even though I had an appointment for Friday. Argued and they finally sent someone out Friday evening, charged system and added dye. Dye check was scheduled for the next Friday, I had to call after the appointment window when they didn't show. Was told they could not make again. They rescheduled for the next Friday. The Monday after the dye check I requested an estimate to replace the system. That Wednesday I had to call when I did not hear anything. I finally got an estimate that afternoon, but it did not match my system. The next day I got a call from the estimator saying they sent the wrong estimate and I would receive a corrected one shortly. It has been 10 days and there has been NO communication from them.
