They completed a small job for us that consisted of white vinyl fences with gates on each side of the house to connect with the back yard fence. They all were extremely responsive in bidding, getting supplies, timely on appointed times, helpful with ideas, and ready to start. Tye and Donny bid the work. Donny Jeremy Angel and German did the job in one day by mid-afternoon. They all knew their jobs and worked hard. They were very cooperative with the our requests on the work. The fence looks great! The heat, humidity and feels like was 110° that afternoon. I appreciate that they came back several times and worked on items to our satisfaction. Tye was extremely responsive and cooperative. My husband and I had read some mixed reviews about this company and were a bit hesitant about doing work with them but after seeing some of their previous work and their competitive prices we decided to give them a shot to do a iron privacy fence around our pool. They did such a fantastic job that we had them come back and do a white vinyl fence around our yard as well as a chain link kennel for our dogs. The crew did an awesome job and we are very pleased. This company has replaced and existing fence out our old house, and installed a large amount of fencing and an automatic gate at our new house. They are very good at what they do, and typically have the best quotes around. Their crews are courteous and get the job done right. Tye and Donny were terrific to work with and very understanding of the timelines that we were dealing with. With 2 dogs, moving into a new house, they were out there the day after closing and finished a very large fence project in 2 days. Absolutely awesome job and the fence looks and works great. Tye even stopped by after work one day just to check on everything and to make sure that we were happy. The automatic gate looks great and they explained everything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a small or large fence job completed by complete and competent professionals. Don't trust this company. Come across very nice and very helpful and willing to negotiate price. However, they will turn and cancel your job in a heart beat at the first mention or hint that you are kinda thinking about wether or not on changing the job up a bit. I had called and talked to John on of thier supervisors and told him I was thinking about canceling but told him to wait until I could call my neighbor and that I'd call him back and to keep the crew coming on thier way out (cause he told me that the crew was in my area). He sounded very jumpy but said ok call me back. I tried to call him back 3 times, with in 8 minutes after talking to him to tell him that my neighbor was fine with price and that we were going to continue, and it went straight to his voice mail. I left him messages everytime. Called the main office and talked to Bob he said that he couldn't get ahold of him either. Waited for about 10 minutes and then tried to call John agian. He answered and told me that he got a little shakey on wether I was going to the job or not and canceled the job even after I told him that I would call him back and not to cancel just yet until I had called him back. He told me we'd have to reschedule. That irritates me especially when I had been waiting with them to build the fence for over a month due to the recent rains. Called Bob back at office to complain and he said that he'd call the owner and let him know about this situation and call me back. I had my wife call and ask about the job to see what they said. Bob told her that he doesn't know anything about it and all he knew was that the job was cancelled. WOW, just after I had spoke to Bob about 30 mins before he mysteriously didn't know anything. Point is that I want others to be aware of their antics and they should watch out for these wolves in sheep's clothing. But, for me I will be suing for loss time and loss wages by waiting all morning for them and then them cancel on me. They messed with the wrong person and probably should have checked who thier customer was before they did this to me. UPDATE**: Just found out from thier answering service that John owns the company. Lol, wow. Bob was just telling me all this stuff to stop me from calling. read more

Tye at Superior Fence is terrific. We had 7 companies quote a fence replacement for us. Superior Fence gave us the best quote by over $5/linear foot and the highest quality materials. In our neighborhood, the deed restrictions are specific about how the fences have to look, and their crew did a terrific job matching the style required. They scheduled the job, showed up on time, cleaned up after the work, and it is far better than the builder grade fence they replaced in both materials and construction. A week later, our neighbor had some electrical problems, and there was some thought that the fence work may have been the culprit. Ultimately, it wasn't but that didn't keep Tye from sending a manager out to look at the issue and to ensure they were available to answer any questions my neighbor had. He didn't make any extra money on that, but he felt it was the right thing to do. I absolutely would use them again and highly recommend them. This is how customer service should be. read more
