By doing this the protective cavity that sets over it to protect from cold freezing weather would not fit due to the larger valve they put on....SO...the technician cut the sides of the covering so it would set over the valves...well you guessed it the large cut aways allowed the freezing wind to get in and bust the valve....Andys quickly made it clear that was not their fault..(Bull Sh*t). I tried to schedule a service call with Andys and they said it would be a $99.00 Service call... Please see pics of what they thought was OK.... Oh yeah...I received an email from Andys advertising their $55.00 inspection... They came out said they inspected and I needed $600 worth of sprinkler head replacements...One head was spraying way up and I had them replace it ($55+tax).. $12.00 at Home Depot ...A few days later I walked out back and noticed several of the heads were still covered with dirt from the rain off that comes from the drainage system they put in years ago...They didn't even check those heads...

Of course, while reading bad reviews about their installation, they hit my gas line. Nicor had to come out to repair it. Nicor was quick and professional. They had my gas back up in a couple hours from the original outage. Now, Nicor is going to have to run a new line to my house. We'll see. If they come back and fix my lawn, I'll update this review to reflect it. I originally gave them one star and was harsher in my review, but so far they have been following up on the lawn repairs at my house and the surrounding properties. *Update - Ezee Fiber has reached out already, which is promising. **Update 2 - They showed up yesterday to check on my lawn repairs.
