Anastacio came out the first week of the new year and was very professional and knowledgeable. We needed some flashing replaced that was really never installed correctly. Anastacio was determined to make sure the work was done correctly. We waited after a heavy rain to ensure there were no more leaks on the ceiling before writing this review. I'm happy to say after a full month and a heavy rain the ceiling is dry. I would recommend this company and will reach out to them again for anymore roofing needs :)

I had a valve leaking above ground in the plumbing for water to my sprinkler heads. Andys came out and put a larger valve than the leaky one. By doing this the protective cavity that sets over it to protect from cold freezing weather would not fit due to the larger valve they put on....SO...the technician cut the sides of the covering so it would set over the valves...well you guessed it the large cut aways allowed the freezing wind to get in and bust the valve....Andys quickly made it clear that was not their fault..(Bull Sh*t). I tried to schedule a service call with Andys and they said it would be a $99.00 Service call... Please see pics of what they thought was OK.... Oh yeah...I received an email from Andys advertising their $55.00 inspection... They came out said they inspected and I needed $600 worth of sprinkler head replacements...One head was spraying way up and I had them replace it ($55+tax).. $12.00 at Home Depot ...A few days later I walked out back and noticed several of the heads were still covered with dirt from the rain off that comes from the drainage system they put in years ago...They didn't even check those heads...

However, I'm not at all happy with John Wilson. We had to file a claim because the installer ran into an HVAC wire in our attic. It was a Saturday afternoon. So we had to pay a weekend AC service call which was expensive. John Wilson denied the claim stating that the installer didn't run into a wire when we knew he did. Our AC starting blowing hot air right after the the installer came out of the attic. Moral of the story...if you choose Ezee Fiber, don't let the installer go in your attic.
