Recently they were at our house beautifying our 2 Oaks, 2 Pecans, and 1 Magnolia in the most professional and thoughtful way. Mark also made sure that all the bag worms were removed! They are now here performing their magic on our several Palm Trees. Mark is easy to work with, knows his business, charges a very fair price and does only the work that is necessary. To be fair, Integrity Landscaping and Fencing did a decent job with the plants and mulch. My issue…read morewas not the basic landscaping. My issue was a pattern of accepting work that did not seem fully understood, then failing to follow through when problems came up. The project was hired on February 18 and was supposed to be completed by March 7. By March 25, it still was not properly finished. The planned stone grid patio extension was accepted, but we later canceled that portion because confidence in the execution was not there. Even after canceling it, the remaining ask was simple: remove the stones and place them back in the front yard for return. That still was not done. The irrigation issue only reinforced the same concern. When questions came up, I was essentially told to "google it" or switch to "water by hand," which did not inspire confidence that the work had been done correctly. Even a basic gate latch remained unfinished well past the promised completion date. What broke trust for me was not just delay. It was poor judgment in accepting work, weak ownership once concerns were raised, and failure to complete even simple closeout items. I would be very cautious about hiring this company for anything beyond basic planting and mulch.

He told me they would get me on the schedule for New Years Eve. The 3 guys got here early, made fast work of getting everything done, cleaned up after themselves and hauled everything away. This wasn't mentioned and caused delays. Be home during the install if possible--it's helpful to see how things are done and learn yard care tips. Ask for a brush-up service around 9-12 months after install. (Ours is still new, but we'll update once that happens.) Regret: We didn't upgrade to Cool Turf. It heats up just like the weather--something to consider if you live in a hot climate. Our Experience: We chose Big Tex Turf because they matched key items from another quote, had great reviews, and guaranteed completion before a big home event. We paid in full, so can't speak to financing. Our sales rep (Zach) started strong, but was hard to reach after booking. When weather delayed our install and left a large sand pile in the street (a safety and HOA issue), we couldn't get a hold of him--even the install team had trouble. I had to step in and offer a temporary tarp/cone solution myself. Tip: Texting a team member is more effective than calling. Calls go to the main office. Despite the sales rep gap, the installation team was excellent. They were efficient, professional, and finished the job in one day. Cleanup was great, and they came back as early as 7 AM to resolve post-install questions. 2-Year Follow-Up (as of 5/14/2025): Almost two years later, customer service remains solid. We've had a few normal turf issues and they've addressed every one quickly. The lawn still looks great--we're overall very happy. Final Thought: We recommend Big Tex Turf--just be proactive about communication and ask all your questions upfront. If you do that, you'll likely be very pleased with the results.

The summer of 2022, I lost the battle. So, in March of 2023, I needed to have 4 pallets of grass installed. A friend recommended Integrity Grass. Based upon his multiple previous experiences, I called them. They came out and quoted the job. The going rate to have San Augustine grass installed in March of 2023 is roughly $250 per pallet. I also had the equivalent amount that was dead and needed to be cleaned up before the new was put into place. The two-man crew that came out to my house did a superb job of removing the dead grass, placing the new pallets, and cleaning up the mess before leaving. I was really impressed. Other than seeing new grass where the old was, I cannot tell anyone was even at my house. I am well pleased. Everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly. If you need grass along the Clear Lake, Friendswood, League City and Galveston County Gulf Freeway corridor, I highly recommend them. Bottom line - I have zero hesitations recommending Integrity Grass for the placement/replacement of pallets of grass. They were EXCELLENT. An easy five-star review.
