We ended up doing all the trees, one big one, 4 smaller ones. They were told not to drive their rig and chipper in the backyard, somehow they decided that it would be OK and left big ruts in the backyard. I called them on it and they said they would send someone to fix them up, which they did, and just put a few wheelbarrels of dirt in the deepest ruts. After mowing and bouncing around over the ruts, I called them again and they said he would be out personally to take care of it on 27th of August, never heard another word. For sure I will think of them every time I have to deal with running over those ruts as I mow. Very unfortunate.
