They arrived on time, carefully covered my furniture, and treated my home with great respect. They removed each vent and register, cleaned them thoroughly, and even wiped down the surrounding areas before moving on. What impressed me most was that they completed each room individually--cleaning the ducts, reinstalling the vent covers, cleaning up the room, and then proceeding to the next area. Their attention to detail was outstanding. The technicians took their time and never rushed the job. They explained the process, answered my questions, and applied a cleaning solution to help improve the cleanliness of the ductwork. Their knowledge, professionalism, and friendly attitude made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. It's rare to find a company that takes such pride in their work. C & S Climate Solutions exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends. If you're looking for honest, professional, and meticulous air duct cleaning, this is the company to call!

I also asked for a preliminary based on the information provided with the understanding that it would have to be finalized after the site visit. No one showed up, no one has contacted me...nothing. They obviously do not need a dedicated customer's business anymore and, sadly, I will be finding a more reliable company for my future business.
