I'm always treated so kindly when I drop off here. All the staff is friendly. The place is pretty clean too! The only thing that would sometimes be an issue would be the line. Some folks have more time consuming projects or shipping needs and I typically only have Amazon returns. But! That's not an issue anymore because of their cute little kiosk. Just scan your code, add item to provided bags, then attach label. Boom! So quick and so fast! (At least for smaller items lol, I don't know about larger items.) Thank you ups! read more

.25 cents for black and white copies is crazy. Most people charge 10 to 20 cents at most. Everything above that is color. I should have just stuck to the one by my house who charges 15 cents. Ups stores need to do better than to allow everyone to charge whatever they want read more

They're speeding with Amazon returns, yes. But the customer service is not there. Not like Champlain and Perrin. I dread going to this location and sometimes consider driving out further to the other location mentioned above, so it's a better experience. Regarding customer service, it's just very dull. Moreso, they focus on just doing the job instead of the relationship building that brings the customers back. It's an alright experience. Not a horrible one. But not the best. read more

The man who works here, Johndeep or jimdeep was disrespectful to my elderly father with Parkinson's. As we left my dad said he felt discriminated and said when he looked at jimdeep, the man stared down at him and made him feel less than. It was a terribly uncomfortable experience. He was trying to get some notarized paperwork, and they just kept staring at me as I explained the paperwork. I had to ask verbally while looking at them in their eyes if they had heard me because they just continued to stare. They saw my fathers tremors and ignorantly assumed he was incapacitated. I finally asked if there was a problem and he said he would not do it. Even after my father answered his THREE questions, it left us both very disappointed, confused and upset. I would stay away from this business. Especially if you are not Punjabi. Absolutely not disable friendly. read more

The staff are always friendly and helpful. I've shipped packages and returned to Amazon with no issues. For others who have complained, REMEMBER that it's Amazon who decides if a box and label are needed or not, NOT the staff at the UPS Store. I'm really disappointed that I was unable to send out my packages today. I walked in the door and was told they were closed I said, I thought you close at 6:30pm?" They said yes, but it's 6:31. I was surprised they wouldn't help me. I was a minute late. I should have planned better. Working in the service industry I would have helped the customer. I prefer to use other locations even if it isn't as convenient. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. As other people have said, most UPS business locations are wonderful. That was not my experience here. I made an appointment for a notary, and when I got to the location, the attendant didn't even know that I had an appointment. When she called her manager, he didn't even bother talking to us, instead simply told her that he had an emergency and they couldn't help us. This was a time urgent matter so I asked if she could call another location and get us an appointment. She said sorry we're a private location. I don't know. The phone number is for the other UPS location you'll need to call and try to find appointment somewhere else. I get people having emergencies, but when you have an appointment with someone you call ahead of time and let them know not to come. If you have an emergency come up you don't wait for them to show up in your store and then say had an emergency we can't help you read more

came here to try to get a paper notarized and staff did not want to help me at all. i had previously had the same paper notarized before it got lost in the mail. a few weeks later i come back to get it notarized again and they were rude and disrespectful . i do not recommend going to this ups store unless your a Punjabi. read more
