This is a one stop shop. You can print and send packages out from here. The staff is always extremely friendly and I've always felt very satisfied and taken care of. (Please don't get this Postal Annex confused with the Postal Annex on Milburn confused been there once and I will never go there again!) Anyway this Postal Annex on Figarden is my favorite. I have been using this location for about 4 years mailing off packages and legal documents a handful of times but for the past 2 years I have been strictly dropping-off my my Poshmark and eBay shipments. I have never had an issue with packages being delayed or lost; definitely a plus in my book. I love that you can conveniently ship USPS, UPS and Fed-Ex from one convenient location. Many Yelp reviews are complaining that the owner does not wear a mask or that she doesn't always open up on time. I can't really blame her. She is her own boss. I heard her say one time that she works with a trainer in the morning and I imagine that sometimes she is running late from that. She has always been friendly and ready to assist me whenever I have needed it although 99% of the time I already have labels on my packages and I am just dropping them off. read more

I went here to send a fax. I received personalized, kind service to ensure I had the fax number correct, and the price is excellent-- less than half what I paid at FedEx Office. The shop is clean and tidy and has a large assortment of greeting cards, plus some gift items. Love coming here to dropping off my packages here to get it sent out. No fuss doing it. I was always greeted by the staff and they take a quick look at my pre paid package, and it's good to go. I love this postal annex. I definitely get my moneys worth from them, the convenience that they offer for me not having to go to the post office and stand in unnecessarily long lines is so wonderful. Every time I go in the employees are super friendly, yes they charge for photocopies and faxes that's their business. Their business hours work great for me. The holidays are coming up and they will be the only place I go to mail all of my packages and all of my Christmas cards. I also really love that they have cute knickknacks and cards, decoration for my home and decorative flags available for purchase, it's really a one stop shop. I don't like orders barked at me when trying to get service. Attitude less than acceptable.

I came here often in the before times, and have had neutral to positive experiences. The owner is helpful and friendly, and the store is nice enough. Through the pandemic, I've been twice. Once in the summer, and once this month (1/21). The owner did not mask then, and doesn't now--even amidst the post-holiday surge in numbers and low ICU availability. I can't responsibly participate with a business that has such disregard for public health. While this may not be a concern for some, I think it's important for others to know as they make choices about where to do business. read more

I will not be returning to this location. The owner of the store was working the register and helping guests with no mask on, in the middle of a pandemic where valley cases are rising everyday. The USPS worker that was in the store had a mask on, as well as all of the customers including myself. She apparently exempt from public health, putting people at risk which is unacceptable during a time like this. Come here occasionally for stamps and color copies. While they're always friendly and I get what I need quickly. I'm constantly finding a closed sign taped to the door during normal business hours. Example "closed 7:30-8:30" or "8:30-9:30" when they're supposed to open at 7:30. Very inconvenient when I plan to grab something on my way into work in the morning. read more

Horrible service! No one shopping in the store, but the lady working was too busy in the back, talking to another worker about a damaged package. All I needed was a stamp. She even had time to answer her personal phone that started ringing on the table just behind the register. Wasn't to busy to walk up to the front, tell me to wait while she grabbed her phone and went back to the back. So I left n went a mile up the road to get one stamp to mail out my letter. I've used the Postal Annex about eight times over the past year. I went in earlier this week (week of 5/16/16) to drop off a return package via a non-USPS carrier. (I'm speaking in general terms to protect my anonymity.) I was told by phone that the Postal Annex accepted this type of package as long as it had a shipping label, which it did. When I got there, the only staffer in the store (a middle-aged woman) was on the phone. I waited. She didn't acknowledge me (I was about seven feet away from her). She finally came over, while still on what sounded like a personal phone call, and asked what I wanted. I was told they didn't take those packages and she walked away and continued her phone conversation. I waited, hoping she'd stop talking long enough to allow me to explain. She finally got it but continued to ignore me even as I tried to ask a question about the label. The service was rude, unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm taking all future business to the Postal Station by Costco. read more

I had one rep. charge me .13 cents a copy for back to back and another charge .26 cents (apparently this is the correct amount).
