Ordered raised foil business cards for my new business, haven't started selling anything yet so I am paying out of pocket from what little I was able to save up to make this purchase. I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made. Can't say I recommend this business, you just might waste a good chunk of your savings to get your foot in the door in a new business, saldy. Words fail me in my attempt to adequately convey my appreciation for Dean and his crew. Most recently, while I was thousands of miles away and assumed that his shop would be open at least half a day on July 3, I emailed my weekly order to Dean. As a business professional, I do what I can to offer the best possible quality products as well as outstanding customer service so I expect the same when I am a consumer. I called alpha because I think reprographics sucks- but that's another review to come. I was in urgent need of blue prints and couldn't find a place other that office depot to do this that could have it same day. I took a gamble and called here and sure enough, they could have it same day. Well I had called them in the early afternoon. I went to their website and tried uploading my prints but I had over 100 and couldn't do them all together. I spoke with a gal in the office- Robyn and she said it was ok to do multiple uploads and that she would make sure to keep them all together. by the time I was able to get everything uploaded it was nearly 4. I was super anxious and worried that we wouldn't get them on time. She had them ready in about an hour, all neatly together and very well priced. She greeted me with a friendly smile and made sure I was happy with the prints. Everything was wonderful- the quality, size, material. Every single time I have ordered prints with them, I get the same pleasant experience. I am now using them for just about all of our printing needs. I highly recommend alpha graphics. read more

I own a local advertising agency, and have been using several different printers over the last year to truly find one that I feel is the best in town. I went to Alpha Graphics to outsource some design work as well as some banner printing. This was all for one of my clients who had me totally rebranding his dealership with new signs, banners, a frames etc to bring some parody to the image of the store. I have to be honest by saying Alpha got my business to begin with by beating the pants off of everyone else in town on this bid. The order was sizable, like 30 x big banners, 15 mid sized ones, several a frames, and 3-4 corrugated foam signs. Being that my client is located in a very windy area, the client requested all the banners be printed on a mesh material,so the wind would be able to blow through the banners, but when we received our order, the banners looked awful. the way I designed these banners was not conducive to being used on a mesh materiel. Alpha Graphics didn't make me eat the price of all of those banners. In fact they bent over backwards to help me save face to my client and come out looking like a rockstar. We reprinted all of the mesh banners on a vinyl product, which ended up looking outstanding. Thanks Dean and Tim. You really saved my beacon on this job. You have a customer for life. read more
