I drive by their Van Ness location often and when I wanted to order a 24x36 poster/sign printed for my sister's baby shower I decided to give them a try instead of my usual printing place (I've used FedEx or UPS printing services). They have changed owners since then, but this team still runs a top-notch professional business. They do a wonderful job with: large confidential (and sometimes tedious) copy and scan jobs, printing and creating all sorts of items (business cards, announcements, greeting cards, labels...the sky is the limit). if you have a creative idea, ask Julie to help you. I would give negative 5 star if I could. Matt the business owner has a horrible attitude when it comes to accommodating a dissatisfied customer. You better know exactly what you're needing, wanting and ordering otherwise you'll end up with products that you didn't order or duplicates that you don't need and one very draining experience. They don't provide any instructions for installation just tells you it's easy then wait until you mess it up then charge you extra for additional material you'll end up needing. I would recommend minuteman press, they are much more professional and caters to all your customized needs. read more

Print Shack printed all of my daughter's save the dates, wedding invitations, and menu cards for her June 1 wedding. The quality is excellent, they were able to work with the digital files and do some design edits on their end with no difficulty, the turnaround time is super quick, they are very responsive through email and phone calls, and pricing is excellent.
