Came here in hopes of one stop shopping. Unfortunately I was told I can't pay for postage on a self addressed envelope because I don't have a FedEx account. I wanted to write a single check to pay for everything.... Nope was directed to use the self service copy machines requiring use of a credit card. While I know they have the capability to make copies then they charge me for them, that was never suggested. Sorry I interrupted your conversation with the two other employees who weren't working. Thank you!! I had to get a last-minute lamination done. I walked in and the lady at the Front was very helpful in pointing me in the direction I needed to go. She offered help if I needed it. I didn't have to wait for the machine to be warmed up. In less than five minutes, my lamination was done. I lost a phone on an airplane that ended up in Fresno, CA. I live in Houston and needed my phone back in a hurry. Working with Cristie, Cassie and Vanessa, they were able to route a box for my lost phone through to the airline who used the return label created these wonderful people and they shipped my phone directly back to me. I went to other shipping places who all told me this could not be done, but they were the only ones who said they'd work with me to get it done. I don't always need things printed, but when I need things printed right I go here. They have Self-Service, Full-Service, Send in and Pick up later service Printing. They also do all kinds of shipping and tracking, binding, cutting, etc. Because not everyone needs this kind of service all the time, there are times when they are "short staffed" for the rush of people, so be patient when you arrive. I have also often noticed there is usually someone around to assist folks with self-service questions, and then one or two people working on the full service orders. For the quick printing jobs, (stuff for school, resumes, etc.), I use the Self Service Print and go situation. You send what you need printed as an attachment to an email : printandgo@fedex.com, and they will email you back a code. When you arrive at the self-service printers, you enter the code and boom, your document gets printed out. For more detailed jobs, I usually order online to pick up later. This works out well. There was one time recently that I did this as a same day pick up, the same day time was confirmed with me when I checked out and in an email. Then when I arrived, I was bummed to find out that their side of things said it wouldn't be ready until noon the next day. I showed my emails and I politely asked if there was anyway they could remedy the situation, as I needed to take the documents to Sanger that night, and Summer (I believe her name was) took a look and let me know she could print that out, if I didn't mind waiting a couple minutes. I was so grateful! Of course, I don't like waiting, but it was a way better alternative to having to come back the next day. Oh I've also used the take your USB and pay with a debit card or fed ex pre-loaded card to use the computers they have available, but I haven't done this in a few years, so I'll have to go back to check this out to give better input on that. read more

Kinko's charged me a $17.50 junk fee for the simple reason my photocopy bill was over $50 for less that 3 minutes worth of the staff person work standing next to the copy machine. Had a color flier to print 200 copies. The trying really hard to be friendly kid gave a lengthy overview of what it would cost "if they printed it", and he kept turning his head meaning all the empty machines and two employees just standing there not really doing anything. A $30 difference in price and he told me to go and wait for an empty self-printer. The guy was helpful getting the document in the feeder but the printed copy had lines going through the document. He couldn't resolve anything so laid it on the glass and there was only a smaller line in another area of the document. The quality was awful and I commented on the quality of the printer and he shared that they can't do anything about the printers and have to wait for someone to come out for a repair. Surprise! Fedex/Kinkos is a printing/reproduction/shipping business! Having machines (especially the self-service ones) operate at an optimal level should be your first order of business. Oh, and caring about customer service should be the first order of business. I never go in this place and alas, will never again! Will print from the office! read more

Let me just say I had originally had a low bad review for this location but after having Allison help me out I'll be returning for continued business. Compared to the first time I was there it was night and day. She helped me and two other people juggling us while one step in the others items were being processed and I didn't feel neglected at all even when I asked questions out of my own ignorance. Lazy, rude and unprofessional. I don't know if this is the FedEx that delivers my packages but its the nearest one so i'm assuming it is. For my last 3 packages they never knocked our door and instead would say the "delivery attempt was failed" meanwhile I was waiting in the living room near the window waiting for them and never saw them. On the 3rd attempt when they no longer need the signature they leave it downstairs and literally run away! I got home late and found my package drenched from the sprinklers!!!! Sunday, 9:59 AM, store is about to open. Three persons were already at the front door (including myself). The attendant opens the door and we enter. Running the place solo, Andre was extremely helpful and he kept his professionalism as a customer was evidently growing impatient. He was able to multi-task with ease and attend to not only the persons waiting but also the additional person that walked in. Totally made my tasks easier. I came in here needing professional prints of my original artwork. The gentleman at the counter basically told me to go home and scan everything myself, put it on a flash drive, then bring it back and he can print it for me. Or use their computers for $0.49 /min. Pass. I live in Sanger so I'm not driving back to Clovis to use a copy machine. What's the point of a print shop if they expect me to do the majority of the work myself? It's a wonderful place to practice your copy machine operating and repair skills because if something goes wrong, or you just have a question about the machine you're using, you're basically on your own. Their employees will be damned if they're coming out from behind the counter to help you. And great good luck if you want them to do a custom job for you. I asked them to make a pretty basic, 14x14 inch vinyl sign for me, and they managed to misspell something on four or five versions before they got it right. What started out as a three-day job turned into a 21-day ordeal of daily trips to Kinkos to see what they had screwed up. There are two or three lines for ordering and paying for services, and whenever I go to pay I always seem to end up in the wrong one. Whoever is operating Till A can't of course take my money. I'm re-routed to Till B, and that employee is neck deep in another customer's complicated order or project, so I stand there for 15 or 20 minutes like a dumb shit while the three or four employees behind Till A stand there doing nothing. Still, I give it the two stars because it's open 24 hours, and it has saved my hind end a couple of times when my computer printer/copier/fax has run out of ink. read more

Fortunately they were open on Sunday..., unfortunately my 109 page scam job turned out to have an error on one page. I performed the scan with the assistance of an employee and the mistake was the machine's fault, not the employee. The great part is that when I called about the problem, they were able to refund my entire job because that one messed up page rendered my entire scan useless. Very easy to work with. I needed a funeral program printed the day of the funeral. The first FedEx I went to told me they couldn't do it so I tried my luck at a different FedEx. When I walked in I was immediately helped by Renee. She was so kind and assured me that it was possible to complete my printing. I ship from this location regularly. The staff is always friendly, quick and helpful. The machines for copying and printing are easy to use. Most of all I love their business hours during the week, 7 am to 11 pm. Doesn't get much better than that.
