INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It was 8:30AM and I needed materials for an important 11:40AM presentation. While hopeful and optimistic, I didn't think that there was ANY way this could happen. Micah (my new Hero) expertly and calmly delivered for me - and I could not be more satisfied. I've ALWAYS loved FedEx Office - but now I have an absolute favorite one!! THANK YOU MICAH & THANK YOU FEDEX ON SHAW IN CLOVIS!!! read more

Came here in hopes of one stop shopping. Unfortunately I was told I can't pay for postage on a self addressed envelope because I don't have a FedEx account. I wanted to write a single check to pay for everything.... Nope was directed to use the self service copy machines requiring use of a credit card. While I know they have the capability to make copies then they charge me for them, that was never suggested. Sorry I interrupted your conversation with the two other employees who weren't working. Thinking outside the box isn't your forte. read more

Summer was an exceptionally amazing sales associate. She assisted me with packaging/shipping and was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for the excellent customer service! read more

had to FedEx a couple of important items to Arizona and -- of course -- realized I forgot something at home at the last minute. Total panic moment. But the store manager stepped in like a pro. She proactively let me know the exact cutoff time I needed to meet in order to ensure everything would arrive on time. Because of her heads-up and clear communication, I was able to zip home, grab the missing item, and make it back just in time to ship everything out. That extra effort might seem small, but it meant a lot -- and it absolutely saved the day. Thank you so much for going above and beyond! read more

Thank you!! I had to get a last-minute lamination done. I walked in and the lady at the Front was very helpful in pointing me in the direction I needed to go. She offered help if I needed it. I didn't have to wait for the machine to be warmed up. In less than five minutes, my lamination was done. The inside of the FedEx was very clean and the individuals at the front desk were very helpful and attentive. This location is across town for me, but I will definitely make the drive for my next office/ document needs. read more

I don't always need things printed, but when I need things printed right I go here. They have Self-Service, Full-Service, Send in and Pick up later service Printing. They also do all kinds of shipping and tracking, binding, cutting, etc. Because not everyone needs this kind of service all the time, there are times when they are "short staffed" for the rush of people, so be patient when you arrive. I have also often noticed there is usually someone around to assist folks with self-service questions, and then one or two people working on the full service orders. For the quick printing jobs, (stuff for school, resumes, etc.), I use the Self Service Print and go situation. You send what you need printed as an attachment to an email : printandgo@fedex.com, and they will email you back a code. When you arrive at the self-service printers, you enter the code and boom, your document gets printed out. For more detailed jobs, I usually order online to pick up later. This works out well. There was one time recently that I did this as a same day pick up, the same day time was confirmed with me when I checked out and in an email. Then when I arrived, I was bummed to find out that their side of things said it wouldn't be ready until noon the next day. I showed my emails and I politely asked if there was anyway they could remedy the situation, as I needed to take the documents to Sanger that night, and Summer (I believe her name was) took a look and let me know she could print that out, if I didn't mind waiting a couple minutes. I was so grateful! Of course, I don't like waiting, but it was a way better alternative to having to come back the next day. Oh I've also used the take your USB and pay with a debit card or fed ex pre-loaded card to use the computers they have available, but I haven't done this in a few years, so I'll have to go back to check this out to give better input on that. read more

I lost a phone on an airplane that ended up in Fresno, CA. I live in Houston and needed my phone back in a hurry. Working with Cristie, Cassie and Vanessa, they were able to route a box for my lost phone through to the airline who used the return label created these wonderful people and they shipped my phone directly back to me. I went to other shipping places who all told me this could not be done, but they were the only ones who said they'd work with me to get it done. I rely heavily on my phone for both my personal and business. They went above and beyond to help me with this and I am eternally grateful. God bless them all. read more

Had an issue with another location and the friendly people working at this location resolved my shipping issue for a lot less money than they wanted to charge me at the Riverpark location. Everyone seems nicer in Clovis. Thank you! read more

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center - Church flyers - Shipping Centers Near Me - Clovis, California

super rude and short staff member seemed like she didnt really know how to be professional or polite made things way more difficult than they needed to be and then started helping someone else before i was done asking questions. very bad experience here. ould not recommend to anyone read more

Had a color flier to print 200 copies. The trying really hard to be friendly kid gave a lengthy overview of what it would cost "if they printed it", and he kept turning his head meaning all the empty machines and two employees just standing there not really doing anything. A $30 difference in price and he told me to go and wait for an empty self-printer. The guy was helpful getting the document in the feeder but the printed copy had lines going through the document. He couldn't resolve anything so laid it on the glass and there was only a smaller line in another area of the document. The quality was awful and I commented on the quality of the printer and he shared that they can't do anything about the printers and have to wait for someone to come out for a repair. Surprise! Fedex/Kinkos is a printing/reproduction/shipping business! Having machines (especially the self-service ones) operate at an optimal level should be your first order of business. Oh, and caring about customer service should be the first order of business. I never go in this place and alas, will never again! Will print from the office! read more

Kinko's charged me a $17.50 junk fee for the simple reason my photocopy bill was over $50 for less that 3 minutes worth of the staff person work standing next to the copy machine. They already got over $65 of my money for the copying fees. I will not patronize Kinko's again. I had photocopying work done in the past and was never changed a junk fee. read more

There's a rude employee name Mike. I stop by to get a few things printed and usually I need help with getting stuff printed since I'm not good with technology. I asked him for help and he looked at me and told me to do it myself. This wasn't just one encounter but multiple. I hate going into this fedex because I always get stuck with him. If it wasn't for the other nice employees I would've given this place a 1 star read more

Let me just say I had originally had a low bad review for this location but after having Allison help me out I'll be returning for continued business. Compared to the first time I was there it was night and day. She helped me and two other people juggling us while one step in the others items were being processed and I didn't feel neglected at all even when I asked questions out of my own ignorance. Definitely changed my opinion I just hope the rest of the employees adapt that same work style. read more

Very Friendly and helpful and price is reasonable. I went to UPS before I went to FedEx and UPS charge me $30 .00 more to ship my item over night and it won't be ship til 2days. FedEx charge me less for an overnighted and it will get there the next day. read more

ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!! Literally 25 minutes of ringing. Then getting hung up on and calling back.

Lazy, rude and unprofessional. I don't know if this is the FedEx that delivers my packages but its the nearest one so i'm assuming it is. For my last 3 packages they never knocked our door and instead would say the "delivery attempt was failed" meanwhile I was waiting in the living room near the window waiting for them and never saw them. On the 3rd attempt when they no longer need the signature they leave it downstairs and literally run away! I got home late and found my package drenched from the sprinklers!!!! I have instructions to leave it next to my door. I've already called about this but nothing changes it. read more

FedEx is stealing packages. I order something on the 11th of September, called on the 25th to locate my parcel and I was told it was delayed. Eventhough tracking puts it out for delivery since the 18th. Then I receive a magical email saying my item was just dropped off... I'm the 22nd. False and hope it's it not delivered after you just confirmed it being lost or delayed in transit. Now I'm getting the run around read more

Sunday, 9:59 AM, store is about to open. Three persons were already at the front door (including myself). The attendant opens the door and we enter. Running the place solo, Andre was extremely helpful and he kept his professionalism as a customer was evidently growing impatient. He was able to multi-task with ease and attend to not only the persons waiting but also the additional person that walked in. Totally made my tasks easier. I feel that the review is more for the employee opposed to the place of business. But then again, most times, that's what defines a business anyways. Great customer service. read more

Vanessa was very helpful and quick with my need today. She gave me great advice for me service

Took forever to get helped. There were only 2 people working and I stood in line for over 15 minutes without being recognized. I almost walked out multiple times but that would've been cutting off my nose to spite my face. So irritating to waste time standing in line on a weekend and not make any progress. The clerk was helping same customers for 15+ minutes and didn't once look up to recognize the line that was forming! read more

Favorite fed ex stop ever!!! This is my must stop store several times per week, not only do I get my work docs sent through here, but most of my office supplies here too. Their customer service is outstanding, the products they offer are of really good quality with a really fast turn around. Best Fed Ex store in Fresno hands down!!! read more

Jason was fantastic!!! All of the employees are always kind, helpful, and quick to serve. Jason offered me help immediately! With his technical skills, he helped me transfer a word document from my ancient lap top to my email, to the store's printable email, and made sure that all the various papers were properly printed. He taught me, along the way, so that I could understand the process. Thank you for such excellent service, Jason! I always love coming into this store!!! read more

I came in here needing professional prints of my original artwork. The gentleman at the counter basically told me to go home and scan everything myself, put it on a flash drive, then bring it back and he can print it for me. Or use their computers for $0.49 /min. Pass. I live in Sanger so I'm not driving back to Clovis to use a copy machine. What's the point of a print shop if they expect me to do the majority of the work myself? They get two stars because at least I didn't have to wait in line. read more

It's a wonderful place to practice your copy machine operating and repair skills because if something goes wrong, or you just have a question about the machine you're using, you're basically on your own. Their employees will be damned if they're coming out from behind the counter to help you. And great good luck if you want them to do a custom job for you. I asked them to make a pretty basic, 14x14 inch vinyl sign for me, and they managed to misspell something on four or five versions before they got it right. What started out as a three-day job turned into a 21-day ordeal of daily trips to Kinkos to see what they had screwed up. There are two or three lines for ordering and paying for services, and whenever I go to pay I always seem to end up in the wrong one. Whoever is operating Till A can't of course take my money. I'm re-routed to Till B, and that employee is neck deep in another customer's complicated order or project, so I stand there for 15 or 20 minutes like a dumb shit while the three or four employees behind Till A stand there doing nothing. Still, I give it the two stars because it's open 24 hours, and it has saved my hind end a couple of times when my computer printer/copier/fax has run out of ink. read more

Micah and his colleagues were a huge help in getting my order done swiftly. I needed business cards for a same day event, and this store got them done very quickly. I have since ordered post cards and was so impressed that the store called me to see if I wanted them to trim the excess space off the cards at no extra charge. Went above and beyond to make sure my orders were done satisfactorily and in a short amount of time. 10/10 read more

Service was slow. Not enough help here.

Fortunately they were open on Sunday..., unfortunately my 109 page scam job turned out to have an error on one page. I performed the scan with the assistance of an employee and the mistake was the machine's fault, not the employee. The great part is that when I called about the problem, they were able to refund my entire job because that one messed up page rendered my entire scan useless. Very easy to work with. I ship from this location regularly. The staff is always friendly, quick and helpful. The machines for copying and printing are easy to use. Most of all I love their business hours during the week, 7 am to 11 pm. Doesn't get much better than that.
