I'm an idiot when it comes to shipping stuff. So I told the girl behind the counter, "I got this, and I got this. They go to two different places. Wut do?" She basically just took it from there, all with a decent attitude, a couple chuckles, and a cute face. All I had to do was address some labels and pay. I only paid like $13 to ship 2 hats and a little box. Fine with me. Looked like they have EVERYTHING you could need for any kind of shipping task. There's all kind of knick-knacks and stuff to buy. Boxes, labels, pens/markers, this, that, the other. If you're clueless like me and have no idea what you need in order to ship something, I'm quite sure they got you covered. I was the only customer at the time, so I don't know how smoothly things go at hectic times there...and all I had to ship were two little things, so I can't speak on the extent of knowledge the staff might have. I came in with a whole lot of boxes. Ronan helped me and I could not believe how rude that child was. I've known that boy since he was in diapers. I did not expect the rudeness I received from him. Yes, I had a whole lot of boxes and then he proceeded to tell me that I needed to take them over to the kiosk and run them through myself. The kiosk was full. There was no way I could put anything in there and they said oh yeah we'll fit fix it later. Just leave the stuff on the top. I'm not leaving my stuff on top of there for somebody else to pick up and steal. I'm 71 years old. I don't have the skill set to do this. He did all the other boxes in a matter of minutes and he wants me to do everything else which would probably take me over an hour to do because I'm not very quick on my feet. I don't see very well and he was so rude about it. I will take my business somewhere else and I will not be back here, especially if Ronan is working. He should be ashamed of himself if he treats me like this and I've known him since he was a baby I can't imagine what he does to other people. I wish there were 10 stars I could give to the service of this store. I will go out of my way and travel past the closest UPS store to come here for service. They are second to none in the customer service they provide. When we first moved here 4 years ago and started using their mailbox, the service was ok. But then they received the gift of their current manager, Oliver. Oliver should be traveling the world training managers, and business owners how to serve their customers. You can tell he's also a good boss, because his employees are just as professional, kind and compassionate. They value their customers. I have used this location for years, including the return of Amazon products. This morning I was informed that their new policy is that unless you use the kiosk, they are no longer accepting Amazon returns. Service was terrible! Two young kids working up front were great, but the supervisor with blonde hair and glasses was absolutely awful to work with. He would chime in to customers he was not directly helping with an attitude.Witnessed him being rude with several other customers during my time there, as well. I get that it's a packing and shipping store, not the most exciting work, but you don't have to be terribly rude to everyone who walks in. read more

terrible service That talk guy at the counter told me to use the self help. I was fine with it until machinf kept saying "see an associate" because I don't have it packaged. I needed my receipt. Don't waste your money, ship online. These guys quoted $76 via USPS something that USPS.com quotes at $31 (quoted while standing in line). Some premium for service and convenience is worth it, but this doesn't make sense. Tried to discuss it but they were interested, oh well. read more

I had an appointment at 2:00 today for notary services that required me bringing 2 other non related witnesses with me to have it all notarized . When I showed up with my witnesses (pretty hard to get 3 peoples schedules coordinated ) and when I arrive I was told the notary was busy today and wasn't doing any notary's. I then said I have an appointment at 2:00 he said ok and went back to the notary. The notary then came out and said no he can't do it today that I can come back tomorrow!! That is unacceptable. No prior notice that they needed to reschedule or anything. This is completely non reliable and I would not recommend trusting them with important documents . read more

I always get fast and friendly service at this location. The people that work here seem genuinely interested in helping you and ensuring that your experience is a positive one. They are efficient and knowledgeable. If you aren't certain of your options, they'll spend the time to go through them with you. If you aren't certain the best way to pack something for shipping they will give you guidance or better yet do it for you. If you need packing supplies, you'll find them all here. If you need something notarized and don't mind spending $2 per signature, they'll do that too. Just a hint though...if you go to your bank for your notary services, it's likely free. I've not used them for this, but it appears they make keys here too. Lots of services are packed into this small space and you get them all with a smile and a cup of patience! read more

Long story short, had this store send out a package for me, it got lost. No problem, I bought insurance. It took this store a total of 1 month to get me a reimbursement check. My mother had received boxes from pets mart by accident and when we went to them they basically shrugged and said we can't help you. I went in there on December 16th to send in a chegg textbook and today December 22 I went in there again because that textbook is sitting in Mesa Arizona because this ups store scanned the old label that was crossed off and sent it to Mesa, now Mesa has no clue what to do with it so they just left it there. When I talked to the man at the counter he just shrugged and said it's not his problem that they just send it out and then have no responsibility after that. Their management is terrible, their customer service is terrible and they will send you in circles to figure out what you need to do. read more

In October I shipped all my dishes and glassware back to NY because I in sold AZ. When the cartons arrived all was broken. The franchise owner accused me of lying about whether he had told me to repack those (These packages were accepted by employees with no advice). The owner did not put in my claim for damages without being phoned by my local UPS manager. When the check came for about half of the value of insurance/sending, there was no accounting with it. read more

I Purchased a one-year rental for a private mailbox in 2015 and I've been so happy with it I renewed every year. It's wonderful to have an air-conditioned location for your packages instead of having them and sit in your mailbox in Arizona When it's often times over 80°. I have my "Fruit of the month" fresh fruit shipped there are vitamins and supplements and all of my Amazon shopping that I do. The staff are so nice and so helpful and if I have a big box they offer to carry it out to my car for me. I'm so impressed with how the employees keep their cool despite crabby customers who are all bent out of shape for having to stand in line (it's the holidays, it's your own fault for waiting to ship things until the last minute). I use this store to do all my printing, faxing and shipping. They are always helpful.

My package arrived damaged, (stuff from my parent's home after they both passed away so it was important items) . I purchased the pack, ship, and insure option in Sept 2011. Here we are in February 2012 - 5 phone calls, multiple emails and still no refund. The owner, keeps assuring me that the check is coming. Never again use this store. There is a nicer one on Arizona Ave or up the street on Alma School Road. read more
