Super nice. Gave me cash for tools. Even old tools that I consider antiques. Not much more to say.

I sent pictures of all the places I could find but apparently neither of them were the model and serial number which was needed to order the right parts. He started texting me around 7AM on a Saturday morning and refused to schedule a convenient time didn't give his name or any context. Just said.. "hey I need to come look at your grill". When John came on into my property and was condescending about the state of my grill and suggested that I get a new one before even opening it (the only issue is that I have been unable to order the typical replacement parts). The manager's rude tone was unacceptable. Next time I'll try to be a white man.

On the rare occasion they haven't had what I'm looking for, they were quick to steer me to another store that would likely carry that item. It's always been my first stop once I get that "to do" list. I'm not opposed to big box stores. They obviously can carry a greater inventory. But please shop your local merchant first. Do you really want to drive 20 minutes, park a football field away, spend another 20 minutes hunting down your drywall anchors, painters tape, and toilet flush valve, only to have the security alarm go off when you leave?
