When I tried to address this issue with a manager like I did last year, the cashier rudely dismissed me, claiming it was not her concern and hung up. They overcharge you and then proceed to keep parts of the turkey you brought in, essentially charging other customers for what they have taken from you without consent. Despite receiving an apology and assurance from management last year that this would not happen again, they have repeated the same deceitful practice. It is concerning to think about how many other customers they might be doing this to. Essentially, they are stealing the meat that belongs to their customers after agreeing to cut it. This year, they are charging $7 for a service that cost $4. When you take your meat to their store for cutting, be sure to keep a close eye on them to prevent any of your meat from being taken without your knowledge. SMFH.
